Calling and sending SMS to numbers of content and informational services do not use limits of price plan, this calls are being paid according to price plan tariffing.

Switching to “Welcome” price plans is available only for foreign citizens, excepting foreign citizens and a stateless persons, who have permanent residence permit in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Only three subscriber numbers can be connected to one foreign passport.
Price plan is valid only on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and is not valid in international roaming.

Payment of subscription monthly fee and providing of price plan minutes, sms and GB’s are carried out in full regardless of the date of connection.
Validity period of price plan limits and period of next monthly fee payment is a month. Payment of subscription fee and providing of price plan limits will be actual during 90 days since the first day of SIM card connection.
After 90 days from the first day of SIM card connection payment of subscription fee and providing of price plan limits will be stopped. Further using of price plan will be tariffed according to overlimit prices.
To start new validity period of price plan it’s recommended to visit Beeline service offices or to call customers service (0611, +99890 185 00 55)

For “Welcome” price plan customers with funds on subcriber number account who do not have any transactions (outgoing calls, SMS, internet sessions) during 14 days continuously it will cause to automatical switching of “Save the number” service. Making any transaction will switch off “Save the number” service.
“Save the number” service fee cost 421 UZS a day. After finishing funds on account and in case of no other transactions will cause the unilateral termination of the subcriber contract.
Administrative blocking of subscriber number according to the customer request will switch on “Blocking of the number by customer” service with daily fee cost 421 UZS and switchs off subscription monthly fee payment. After unblocking of the number subscription monthly fee payment and providing of price plan minutes, sms and GB’s will be carried out in full regardless to funds on subscriber account. If the funds are insufficient the subscribers account will be in debt. Previous limits will be terminated and subscriber will take new limits according to price plan. Next monthly fee payment will be in a month from the day of last monthly fee payment. Unblocking of subscriber number before expiration of 90 days from the day of first day of SIM card connection will change the expiration date of price plan to a new 90 days from the day of unblocking.

Subcriber may change price plan to any in Welcome price plans line. It is needed to have enough funds on account for payment of monthly subcription fee of a new Welcome price plan. Previous limits will be terminated and subscriber will take new limits according to a new price plan.
Transfers to and departures from the “Welcome” tariff line to other tariff plans are not available.

The cost of international calls is calculated by summing the cost of international calls and the cost of an outgoing call to local numbers.
The calculation of the cost of satellite communication does not include the cost of an outgoing call to local numbers.

A subscriber of Welcome tariffs has the ability to receive incoming calls from numbers of local mobile mobile operators, even with a zero or negative balance.
The duration of one connection for voice services is 60 minutes.
