Number portability (MNP)

Switch to Beeline with your number.

MNP (Mobile Number Portability) is a service that allows you to keep your mobile phone number when switching from one provider to another. This means you can change providers, but your number will remain the same—no need to change it, share it with friends, or update it in services.
To port your number, submit an application online at nomer.beeline.uz or in the hambi app. You can also apply at a Beeline sales office. To submit the application, you will need the document in which the number is registered: a passport, ID card, driver's license, or military ID. The main requirement is that the information in the document exactly matches those provided by your current provider.
Yes. To port your number, you can fill out an application on the nomer.beeline.uz website or in the hambi app.
The information in the application doesn't match the information with your current provider (full name, passport, address, PIN). Check with your provider to make sure the information is completely correct. If you have debt or negative balance. Check and, if necessary, top up your balance before submitting the application. The number is "nice" or under special terms. For example, the number is on an installment plan, leased, or not fully paid. Such numbers are ported only after full payment. Some plans require a specific time period (e.g., 12 line rents). The porting is not possible until the period has passed. You can port a number once every 30 days. Submit your application later. At least 90 days must pass after the number is activated. Wait until this period has expired.
If all conditions are met, the number porting will take up to 10 minutes from the moment the application is submitted.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer funds from your balance when switching providers. If you have any remaining funds in your account with your current provider, you can only return them by visiting that provider's office in person. To return your balance, you'll need the document on which the number is registered: your passport or ID card.
You can choose a new number and keep it for future use or terminate it.
After porting your number, you'll need a Beeline SIM card to use our network. If you register the porting online—via the hambi app or on the nomer.beeline.uz website—you will receive eSIM. If you register the porting at a sales office, you will be given a new physical SIM card. If you already have a Beeline SIM card, you can port your number to it; your current contract for your old number will be automatically terminated.
