If you use a postpaid plan, you can request call details at any Beeline office by submitting a written application or power of attorney to a representative (the representative must have a valid passport).

The application should include your phone number, the requested period (month), and the statement: "I guarantee payment for the service." Billing details are only available for previous months. Fees are charged according to the tariff rates.

For prepaid plan users, you can request call details for any of the last 12 months (or for a specific day, 1 week, 2 weeks, or 4 weeks) at a Beeline office or through your Personal Account. Call details are only provided to the registered owner of the number upon presentation of a passport or notarized power of attorney. Fees are charged according to the tariff rates.

What’s Included in the Detailed Bill? The bill contains date and time of calls, incoming and outgoing phone numbers (for answered calls), call duration, call cost, call type (local, mobile, service, etc.); date, time, and number for SMS sent, along with the cost, information on internet sessions.

• email delivery of call details;
• printed call details.

The cost of the "Call Details" service depends on the format you choose. Call details are also available via the "Hambi" (Beeline Uzbekistan) app.

Call Details Service

When sending call details by email:
for 1 day	service cost is 4,210 UZS
for 7 days	service cost is 8,420 UZS
for 14 days	service cost is 12,630 UZS
for 1 month	service cost is 16,840 UZS

When printing call details on paper:
for 1-10 sheets	service cost is 5,000 UZS
for 11-25 sheets	service cost is 10,000 UZS
for 26-50 sheets	service cost is 15,000 UZS
for 51-500 sheets*	service cost is 200,000 UZS

* If your call detail report exceeds 500 pages, printing is unavailable. In this case, you can receive the report via email (according to the terms for email delivery of call details).

Postpaid Billing System

for 1 month per number: 21,934.1 UZS (excluding VAT).

Required Documents:

For individuals — passport.

For legal entities — representative’s passport and a power of attorney from the company to receive the report.
