- * From June 1 to August 31, 2026, when newly connecting to the “Oila Max” tariff, a 40% discount is provided on the first two monthly subscription fee charges. Starting from the third and subsequent charges, the monthly subscription fee will be charged in full — 155,000 UZS/month.
It is important to note that when using the “Reactivation” or “Administrative Block” services, an unscheduled monthly subscription fee charge will be applied, which will be counted as one of the discounted charges.
When switching within the Oila tariff line, the balance must be sufficient to cover the minimum tariff activation threshold as well as the cost of the tariff change. When using the “Reactivation” service, the balance must be sufficient to cover both the minimum tariff activation threshold and the cost of the “Reactivation” service. In this case, the subscription fee will be charged with the applied discount.
If switching to other tariffs, or switching from other tariffs to the “Oila Max” tariff, the discount is not provided.
For new subscribers who connected to the “Oila Max” tariff before 25.05.2025, the subscription fee remains unchanged — 155,000 UZS/month.
General Terms:
• New subscriptions to the Oila Max tariff are available through dealers and Beeline sales offices. Subscribers can receive 2 additional SIM cards with the Oddiy plan at no extra cost;
• Calls and SMS to content services and information hotlines do not consume the included minutes and SMS in the tariff; charges will apply directly from the main balance according to standard rates.
• There is a technical limit of 135,000 minutes for outgoing calls on the Oila Max plan.
• Zero-fee card-to-card transfers (Uzcard/Humo) in the Beepul app are available exclusively to the Group Owner.
• If a participant is removed or leaves the group, all included services of the Oila Max plan become unavailable for that participant, who will remain on the Oddiy plan for 3 days. For 3 days, internet, calls, and SMS will be charged at the standard tariff rate, and the participant will have the option to switch to one of the available tariffs.
• If the participant does not choose a tariff within 3 days, their tariff will be changed to STANDART.
• If the owner’s number is administratively blocked, services will remain available to participants until the end of the billing period or until the next subscription fee is charged.
• If the owner is blocked due to a negative balance, the shared package of minutes, SMS, and GB will be unavailable to participants, and all charges for using minutes, SMS, and GB will be deducted from each participant’s balance at the standard tariff rate or from purchased additional packages.
• Both the owner and participants can activate services and purchase packages. Services and packages purchased by the owner and participants are not shared and can only be used by the participant who purchased them.
• The monetary balance of the owner and each participant is also separate and cannot be used by other participants.
• The owner and participants of the group cannot obtain call detail records or view the monetary balance and expenses of other participants.
• The owner can view the total usage of minutes, SMS, and internet traffic included in the tariff via the hambi app.
• To obtain detailed information about the usage of minutes, SMS, and internet traffic included in the tariff for each participant, the owner must contact a sales office or customer support service.
• Switching to the Oila Max and Oddiy tariff plans is not available from the following tariffs: BeeHome 10, BeeHome 20, Hello 1, Hello 2.
Subscription Fee Charging
• Upon new activation or when switching to a tariff plan, the monthly subscription fee is charged and the included allowances are credited at the moment of activation or change.
The next billing date for the monthly subscription fee and the renewal of included allowances is set at a one-month interval (not tied to the first day of the month).
If the monthly subscription fee was charged on the last calendar day of a month that does not exist in the following month, the next billing date will be set to the last day of the following month, regardless of the number of days. All subsequent monthly charges will then occur on the same calendar day and time.
Examples:
If the previous charge was on August 15 at 15:43, the next charge will be on September 15 at 15:43 (the date and time remain unchanged, as the 15th exists in both months).
If the previous charge was on August 31 at 15:43, the next charge will be on September 30 at 15:43 (the date shifts to the last day of the month, as September does not have a 31st, while the time remains unchanged).
• When the electronic account balance (wallet) of the owner or participants reaches zero or becomes negative, their numbers are switched to inactive status. In this state, they can receive incoming calls and SMS messages and make outgoing calls only to the company’s contact center and emergency service numbers.
• At each billing cycle, the system checks whether the full amount required for the monthly subscription fee is available on the account. If sufficient funds are available, the monthly subscription fee is charged and the monthly allowance is credited.
If there are insufficient funds, the monthly subscription fee is not charged on credit, and the monthly allowance is not provided. In this case, further usage will be charged at standard rates in accordance with the tariff plan.
The monthly subscription fee will be charged as soon as the account balance becomes sufficient, and the monthly allowance will be credited. The next billing date will be set one month from the date of the last successful charge.
This tariff plan does not provide for a daily subscription fee with a daily allowance.
Voluntary Number Suspension:
During administrative suspension of the number, a daily subscription fee of UZS 421 per day is charged for the “Voluntary Number Suspension” service. The monthly subscription fee under the tariff plan is not charged during this period.
After unblocking, the monthly subscription fee will be charged only on the scheduled billing date.
If, after unblocking, the billing date has already occurred and the account has sufficient balance, the monthly subscription fee for the tariff plan will be charged and the included allowances will be credited. Any remaining allowances accumulated prior to the suspension will be reset. The next billing date will be set one month from the date of the last successful charge.
If there are insufficient funds to charge the monthly subscription fee, further use of services will be charged at standard rates in accordance with the tariff plan.
If there is any remaining included allowance on the account but insufficient funds to charge the monthly subscription fee, no charge will be applied after unblocking. The validity period of the remaining allowances will not change and they will expire one month from the date they were originally credited.
Note:
• If any unused allowances from the previously provided service package remain, they will be forfeited. The next monthly subscription fee deduction date and the validity period of the service package will be set for one month from the most recent fee deduction date.
• Before using the service packages included in the tariff plan, the owner must ensure they have been credited by checking the balance: GB – *103#, SMS – *105#, and minutes – *106#. Once the included service package is fully used, internet, calls, and SMS will be charged at the standard tariff rates.
• The participant’s Oddiy tariff does not include internet, call, or SMS packages. The participant can only use the service packages provided by the OILA tariff or additional packages purchased independently. If access to the OILA packages or any independently purchased packages is unavailable, internet, calls, and SMS will be charged at the standard tariff rates.
• The KINOM (all TV channels except Setanta Sports, foreign movies, and "Milliy") and riitm subscriptions included in the tariff is available only when the monthly subscription fee is paid. To access the KINOM and riitm subscriptions, each participant must install the app and register using their own phone number. Subscription access is terminated if the monthly fee is unpaid or if the participant is removed from the group. Download the app: riitm – *404#, KINOM – *444#.
• Any previously active KINOM and riitm subscriptions is deactivated when switching to the OILA tariffs or joining a group but will automatically reactivate until the next tariff payment date.
• Smartphones typically consume primary internet traffic in the background by default for system updates, app updates, data synchronization for widgets and social networks, as well as for analytics tracking services.
• If the primary internet traffic is depleted, internet service will be unavailable, and KINOM, riitm traffic usage will be suspended until the subscriber either has available primary internet traffic or sufficient funds in their account.
• Unlimited KINOM, riitm traffic is only consumed when using official applications and within a specific set of IP addresses. If IP addresses are changed by the service providers, or for traffic not classified under KINOM, riitm (including traffic generated by the smartphone's operating system while using applications), data usage will be deducted from the primary internet package or balance according to your tariff plan. Unlimited traffic for KINOM, riitm is not consumed when using applications that operate through a proxy server (including VPN).
• The "Reboot" service is available on the tariff plan. The cost of the "Reboot" service is 2,000 UZS. The service is activated by the group owner. Activating this service allows the subscriber to initiate an early deduction of the next subscription fee and the provision of the included traffic package. The activation code for the service is *5#. If there is any remaining traffic from the included minutes, SMS, and MB in the tariff plan, it will be reset after the activation of the "Reboot" service. The validity period of the newly provided traffic and the next subscription fee deduction date will be set for one month from the last deduction. To activate the service, the owner’s balance must have at least the minimum amount required to activate the tariff and the "Reboot" service cost.
• The cost of switching to the "Oila Max" tariff for subscribers of the following tariffs: "Status Gold", "Status Platinum", "Status Gold 2022", "Status Platinum 2022", "Status Gold 2021", "Status Platinum 2021", "Status Gold NEW", "Status Platinum NEW", "Status Platinum+", as well as "SILVER", "GOLD", "PLATINUM", "Oila Ultra+", and "Oila Mega+" — 20,000 UZS.
For subscribers of the following tariffs: "Status Silver", "Status Silver 2022", "SILVER", "GOLD", "Status Silver+", "Status Gold+", "Status Silver New", "Status Silver OLD", "Status Silver 2021", and all other tariffs — free of charge.
•The following services are unavailable on the Oila plans: "Share Communication" and “Exchange minutes for megabytes and vice versa!”.
• To register the IMEI code of a mobile device, the subscriber number must be in an active status.
• The used traffic volume is rounded up to the nearest 16 KB. When an internet session is initiated, the Company’s system will reserve funds on the balance. This means that the remaining funds may become unavailable for use with other paid services, and when checking the balance, the system will indicate the need to top up the account. If the subscriber has an internet package, but there is insufficient data (less than 10 MB) for the session, charges will be made from the main balance (if funds are available). The amount of reserved funds depends on the amount of internet traffic consumed. Once the internet session ends and the charges are applied, any remaining funds on the subscriber’s account will become available for use.
• To avoid Camel roaming charges in border areas of Uzbekistan (Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Afghanistan), manually select the “Beeline Uz” network on your phone.
• The cost of international calls is calculated by adding the cost of international communication and the cost of outgoing calls to landline numbers. Connections to subscriber's devices such as fax machines, caller ID devices, answering machines, and modems are considered successful connections.
• The maximum duration of a single call is 60 minutes.
• When switching to a different tariff plan, all bundled services will be reactivated according to the settings of the new plan, even if they were previously disabled. If required, they will need to be disabled again.
