You can forward incoming calls to another phone, mobile or landline. This service is convenient, for example, when you are waiting for an important call and your phone's battery runs out.

Set up a forwarding to the nearest phone number and stay in touch!

Conditions

Call forwarding to international numbers is not available.

In case of conditional call forwarding in international roaming, the cost of a forwarded call is made up of the cost of an incoming call and the cost of an outgoing call of the corresponding type.

If you set up forwarding of all incoming calls, other types of forwarding will not operate, including 'Keep Up' service! However, the Call Forwarding service will operate simultaneously with the activated 'Keep Up' service, if forwarding is activated, when there is no response or the line is busy.

You can set up call forwarding in the phone menu or using special commands.

To activate automatic forwarding of all incoming calls, dial:
**21*+operator code number*11# and press the call button.
To check which number the forwarding is set to, dial *#21# and press the call button
To cancel, dial ##21# and press the call button

To forward calls, when your phone number is busy, dial:
**67*+operator code number*11# and press the call button
To check which number the forwarding is set to, dial *#67# and press the call button
To cancel, dial ##67# and press the call button

To forward calls when the phone is out of service or turned off, dial:
**62*+ operator code number*11# and press the call button
To check which number the forwarding is set to, dial *#62# and press the call button
To cancel, dial ##62# and press the call button

To forward calls you have not responded to within 15 seconds, dial:
**61*+operator code number*11# and press the call button
To check which number the forwarding is set to, dial *#61# and press the call button
To cancel, dial ##61# and press the call button
If you want to set a different time interval, you can activate the forwarding mode by dialing the combination **61*+the operator code of the forwarding phone number*11* the selected time interval (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds)# + call button. *You can set the interval to 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds.
The default setting is 30 seconds: if you do not pick up
within 30 seconds, the call is forwarded to the number you specify.
