Who is a group member?
A group member is a subscriber to the «Oddiy» tariff plan who may use the allowance and digital services included in the owner’s tariff plan. A subscriber becomes a member upon a new activation or by accepting an invitation from the owner as an existing Beeline subscriber.

How do I create a group?
1. Download the hambi (Beeline Uzbekistan) app or update it to the latest version.

3. Tap the «Add Member» button at the bottom of the page.
4. Select from your contacts the number you want to add.

How do I join a group?
If you are not a group owner and have received an invitation, accept it within 24 hours in the latest version of the hambi (Beeline Uzbekistan) app. After you accept the invitation, your tariff plan automatically changes to the «Oddiy» tariff plan with no subscription fee, and you receive access to the minutes, SMS and GB, as well as the KINOM subscription for watching TV channels, Milliy and foreign content, included in the group owner’s tariff plan.
To join the group, your balance must be positive when you accept the invitation. Switching to the «Oddiy» tariff plan costs UZS 0.
How can a member leave the group or the owner remove a member from the group?
- A member can use the «Leave the Oila Tariff Plan» button in the «Oila Tariff Management» section of the hambi (Beeline Uzbekistan) app.
- The group owner opens the «Oila Tariff Management» section in the hambi (Beeline Uzbekistan) app and selects the member, after which the «Remove from the Oila Tariff Plan» button becomes available.

What happens if the group owner runs out of minutes, SMS or internet allowance?
If the group owner’s communication allowances are exhausted or the owner’s number is temporarily blocked because of the balance, the member pays for communication services from the member’s own account under the terms of the «Oddiy» tariff plan. The group owner may receive the included minutes, SMS and GB allowance early by activating the «Reload» service using *5#. The «Reload» service costs UZS 0 per request.
I am an Oila tariff plan member. Why is the shared allowance unavailable?
Access to the shared allowance is suspended if the owner has not paid the monthly tariff plan subscription fee or the owner’s number is inactive.
The shared allowance becomes available after the owner tops up the balance.
To check whether the owner’s number is active or the remaining tariff plan allowance, dial *222#.
What happens if my number, as a member, remains inactive for 365 days?
If there is no activity on the number for 365 calendar days, the operator treats this as the subscriber’s unilateral refusal to perform the agreement and as grounds for terminating it.
How can group members access KINOM?
To watch digital content on KINOM, each member must install the app and register using their own number.
What happens when the tariff plan is changed?
• A member who wants to change the tariff plan must first leave the group.
• An owner who wants to change the tariff plan must visit a Beeline-owned sales and service office to terminate the adhesion agreement early. The owner must fully perform all obligations under the adhesion agreement.

Can the group owner join another group as a member?
To join another group as a member, the group owner must complete the following steps:

Additional Information
General Terms:
• New subscribers cannot activate the «Oila 5 Smartfon» tariff plan.
• When switching to the contract-based “Oila 5 Smartfon” tariff plan, a discount of 50,000 UZS is applied to the first monthly subscription fee charge. Starting from the second and all subsequent charges, the full monthly subscription fee of 300,000 UZS will be charged.
• To switch to the «Oila 5 Smartfon» tariff plan, you must pass an eligibility check. After successfully passing the check, you may switch only at Beeline-owned sales and service offices. Eligibility can be checked at beeline.uz, in the hambi app or at Beeline-owned sales and service offices. The contract remains in effect for 12 monthly subscription fee charges. To comply with the contract, the tariff plan subscription fee must be paid on time. The Company may refuse a switch to a contract tariff plan without stating a reason.
• Calls and SMS messages to content services and information services do not use the minutes and SMS included in the tariff plan; charges are deducted from the main balance at the applicable rates.
• Outgoing calls under the «Oila 5 Smartfon» tariff plan are subject to a technical limit of 225,000 minutes.
• Fee-free card-to-card transfers (Uzcard/Humo) in the Beepul app are available exclusively to the group owner.
• If a member is removed from or leaves the group, all services included in the «Oila 5 Smartfon» tariff plan become unavailable to that member, and the member remains on the «Oddiy» tariff plan for 3 days. During those 3 days, internet, calls and SMS are billed at the standard tariff plan rates. Alternatively, within that period the member may independently switch to one of the available tariff plans only through the hambi app.
• If the member has not selected a tariff plan by the end of the 3-day period, the member’s tariff plan changes to «OPTIMAL+».
• If the owner’s number is administratively blocked, services remain available to members until the end of the billing period or until the subscription fee is charged.
• If the owner’s number is blocked because of a negative balance, the shared minutes, SMS and GB become unavailable to members, and all use of minutes, SMS and GB is charged to each member’s balance at the standard tariff plan rates or deducted from additional packages purchased by that member.
• The owner and members may activate services and packages. Services and packages purchased by the owner or a member are not shared and may be used only by the person who purchased them.
• The monetary balances of the owner and members are also separate and cannot be used by other members.
• The owner and group members cannot obtain another member’s call details or view another member’s monetary balance or expenses.
• In the hambi app, the owner can view the group’s total use of the minutes, SMS and internet allowance included in the tariff plan.
• To obtain a breakdown of the use of minutes, SMS and internet allowance included in the tariff plan for each member, the owner must contact a sales office or customer support.
• Switching to the contract tariff plans is not available from the BeeHome 10, BeeHome 20, Hello 1, Hello 2 or Status tariff plans with Gold Numbers purchased in installments, or if the customer is currently participating in the «Smartphone on Installment Plan» promotion.
• You cannot switch to another tariff plan during the contract term. The contract must be terminated before the tariff plan can be changed.
Subscription Fee Charges
• For a new activation or a switch to the tariff plan, the monthly subscription fee is charged and the allowance included in the tariff plan is credited at the time of activation or switching. The next tariff plan subscription fee charge and the crediting of the included allowance occur at 1-month intervals, irrespective of the 1st day of the month. If the monthly subscription fee was charged on the last calendar day of a month and that date does not exist in the next calendar month, the next subscription fee charge date is set to the last day of the next calendar month, regardless of the number of days in that month. All subsequent monthly subscription fee charges will then occur on the same calendar date and at the same time.
Examples:
If the previous charge was made on 15 August at 15:43, the next charge will be made on 15 September at 15:43. The date and time are retained because the 15th exists in both months.
If the previous charge was made on 31 August at 15:43, the next charge will be made on 30 September at 15:43. The date is moved to the last day of the month because September has no 31st, while the time of 15:43 is retained.
• If the electronic personal account (balance) of the owner or a member is negative or zero, that person’s number becomes inactive. Incoming calls and SMS messages may still be received, and outgoing calls may be made to the Company’s Contact Center and emergency numbers.
• When the next monthly subscription fee is due, the system checks whether the balance contains the full amount required for the charge. If the full amount is available, the monthly subscription fee is charged and the monthly allowance package is provided. If the owner’s balance is insufficient, the monthly subscription fee is not charged on credit and the included monthly allowance package is not provided. The monthly subscription fee is charged as soon as the balance contains the full required amount, and the monthly allowance package is then provided. The next monthly subscription fee charge date is moved to 1 month after the most recent charge. This tariff plan does not provide for a daily subscription fee charge with a one-day allowance package.
Until the full monthly subscription fee has been charged, the Owner has access only to incoming calls, receipt of SMS messages, outgoing calls to the Company’s Contact Center and calls to emergency numbers. Other communication services are unavailable, including the use of previously activated additional minute, SMS and mobile internet packages and the activation of new packages.
Group Members continue to use their subscriber numbers. The minutes, SMS and mobile internet provided to the group under the tariff plan are unavailable until the Owner’s monthly subscription fee has been charged successfully. Members may activate additional services in accordance with the terms governing those services.
Charges continue to be deducted from the Owner’s balance for services provided under separate terms, including international roaming, the «Number Blocking at the Subscriber’s Request» service, the «Trust Payment» service, «Trust Minutes and Gigabytes», and the rental and installment purchase of subscriber numbers and smartphones. Paid SMS messages from Uzcard and Humo services are not delivered.
Once the balance is topped up to an amount sufficient to charge the monthly subscription fee in full, the fee is charged automatically, after which services are provided to the Owner and Group Members under the terms of the tariff plan.
This tariff plan does not provide for a daily subscription fee charge with a one-day allowance package.
Administrative Blocking:
• If the group owner’s number is administratively blocked, a daily fee of UZS 421 is charged for the «Number Blocking at the Subscriber’s Request» service. The tariff plan subscription fee is not charged during the block. After the number is unblocked, the monthly subscription fee will be charged only when the next charge date arrives. If the charge date has arrived and the owner’s balance is sufficient when the number is unblocked, the monthly tariff plan subscription fee is charged and the included allowance package is credited. Any allowance remaining before the number was blocked is cancelled. The next monthly subscription fee charge date is moved to 1 month after the most recent monthly subscription fee charge. If the balance is insufficient to charge the monthly subscription fee, further use of communication services is billed at the standard rates under the tariff plan. If the owner’s balance includes an unused tariff plan allowance but is insufficient to charge the monthly subscription fee, no charge is made after the number is unblocked; the validity period of the remaining allowance does not change, and the allowance expires 1 month after it was credited. The monthly tariff plan subscription fee is not charged during an administrative block, but overdue debt accrues under the contract.
Expiration of the Contract:
• The contract remains in effect for 12 monthly subscription fee charges. To comply with the contract, the tariff plan subscription fee must be paid on time.
• After all obligations under the contract have been fulfilled, the subscriber is switched to a standard tariff plan in the Oila range.
• The family group is retained.
• The Company may notify the subscriber of the upcoming switch by SMS.
Early Termination of the Contract:
• The contract may be terminated early only at Beeline-owned sales and service offices.
• All obligations under the contract must be fulfilled before it can be terminated.
• The amount of the obligations is determined by the Company at the time of the request.
• After the contract is terminated, the subscriber is switched to a standard tariff plan in the Oila range or another tariff plan to which switching is permitted.
Note:
• If any portion of the service package included in the tariff plan remains from the previous charge, the previously provided package expires. The next monthly subscription fee charge date and the validity period of the service package included in the tariff plan are set at 1 month from the subscription fee charge date.
• Before using the service packages included in the tariff plan, the owner must confirm that they have been credited by dialing the following codes: GB - *103#, SMS - *105#, minutes - *106#. Once the service packages included in the tariff plan have been exhausted, internet, calls and SMS are billed at the standard tariff plan rates.
• The member’s «Oddiy» tariff plan does not include an internet, call or SMS package. A member may use only the service package provided under the «OILA» tariff plan and packages purchased independently. If the «OILA» service package and independently purchased packages are unavailable, internet, calls and SMS are billed at the standard tariff plan rates.
• The KINOM subscription included in the tariff plan (all TV channels except Setanta Sports, Foreign Films and «Milliy») and the riitm subscription are available only when the monthly tariff plan subscription fee has been paid. To use KINOM and riitm, each member installs the app and registers using their own number. Access to the subscriptions is blocked if the subscription fee is unpaid or the member is removed from the group. Download the apps: KINOM - *444#; riitm - *404#.
• KINOM and riitm subscriptions activated before switching to an «OILA» tariff plan or joining a group are deactivated and then automatically reactivated until the next tariff plan payment date.
• By default, smartphones use the main internet allowance in the background for system updates, app updates, synchronization of widget and social media data, and analytics counters.
• If the main internet allowance is unavailable, internet access becomes unavailable and data use by KINOM and riitm is suspended until the subscriber has main internet allowance or funds on the balance.
• Unlimited data for KINOM and riitm is used only through the official apps and within a defined set of IP addresses. If the service owners change their IP addresses, or for data not attributable to KINOM or riitm, including smartphone operating-system data generated while the apps are in use, data is deducted from the main internet package or the balance under the tariff plan. Unlimited KINOM and riitm data does not apply when the apps operate through proxy servers, including a VPN.
• The «Reload» service is available under the tariff plan and costs UZS 0. The group owner activates the service. Activation allows the subscriber to initiate an early charge of the next subscription fee and receive the included allowance package. The activation code is *5#. If any minutes, SMS or MB remain from the included tariff plan package when the «Reload» service is activated, the entire remaining allowance is reset. The validity period of the newly provided allowance and the next subscription fee charge date are set at 1 month from the date of the most recent subscription fee charge. To activate the service, the owner’s balance must equal at least the minimum balance required to activate the tariff plan.
• The following services are unavailable under the «Oila» tariff plans: «Share Communication», «Exchange Minutes for Megabytes and Vice Versa!», «Trust Payment», and «Trust Minutes and Gigabytes».
• The following actions are unavailable to owners of the «Oila 3 Smartfon», «Oila 5 Smartfon» and «Oila 7 Smartfon» tariff plans: changing the number, transferring the number to another person, and porting the number to another operator through the MNP service.
• Please note that information on the remaining internet allowance, minutes and SMS under packages and the tariff plan, as well as information on other additional services, is sent between 08:00 and 22:00.
• The subscriber number must be active to register a mobile device’s IMEI code.
• Used data is rounded up to the nearest 16 KB. When an internet session is opened, the Company’s system reserves an available amount of internet data included in the tariff plan, internet packages and other services. The amount reserved depends on the available balance and may range from 1 to 500 MB. If the included allowance is unavailable or exhausted, funds equal to the standard tariff plan cost of 10 MB are reserved. During the internet session, the reserved data and/or funds may be temporarily unavailable for other services. As a result, a balance check may indicate that the account must be topped up. When the internet session ends and charges are calculated, the unused balance becomes available for further use.
• To avoid charges for Camel roaming while in the border areas of Uzbekistan with Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan or Afghanistan, manually select the «Beeline Uz» network on the handset.
• The cost of an international call is calculated by adding the international call rate to the rate for an outgoing call to a landline number. Activation of a fax machine, caller ID device, answering machine, modem or similar device at the called party’s end constitutes a connection.
• The maximum duration of one call is 60 minutes.
• When the tariff plan is changed, all built-in services are reactivated according to the settings of the new tariff plan, even if they were previously deactivated. They must therefore be deactivated again if necessary.
