AI Training Program by Beeline Academy and TIUE for Computer Science Teachers Completed

Beeline Uzbekistan, in a partnership with TIUE, has completed a major educational project to train computer science teachers in the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the classroom. Almost a thousand teachers from all over the country participated in the Beeline Academy program, earning certificates of advanced training.
Training focused on developing practical AI skills for schools and other educational institutions. Conducted in Uzbek and Russian in the format of interactive sessions with the participation of methodologists, coordinators, and experts in the field of digital technologies, the program attracted near a thousand computer science teachers from cities and regions of Uzbekistan.
This week, course graduates received certificates of advanced training. Participants from all over Uzbekistan joined the ceremony online, while some teachers received their documents in person at the university.
"Supporting teachers who are shaping a new generation of IT specialists is an important part of Beeline Uzbekistan's AI1440 strategy and a contribution to the development of digital education in Uzbekistan. For me personally, this project is special because our children’s and the whole country's future depend on the quality of teachers' work. Your work is invaluable, and the higher the level of your training, the stronger our common future will be," said Andrey Pyatakhin, CEO of Beeline Uzbekistan.
"Thanks to cooperation with Beeline Uzbekistan, we were able to create an accessible educational environment for computer science teachers from all over the country. This course has become the basis for the formation of new competencies that teachers will be able to use in educational practice. We intend to continue the introduction and development of such programs, especially in the regions, and create additional opportunities for advanced training of teachers," said TIUE Rector Nosir Khodjaev.
"The training of teachers in the field of artificial intelligence is of key importance for the sustainable development of the country's digital economy. Today, a new stage of digital transformation is taking shape — the emphasis is shifting to the systematic implementation of AI solutions in education, industry, and public administration. The younger generation, which has flexibility and high sensitivity to new knowledge, becomes a natural catalyst for this process. In our country, special attention is paid to the development of artificial intelligence technologies: it is enshrined as a priority at the level of state strategic documents. Thanks to joint initiatives with the private sector, including Beeline Uzbekistan, a solid foundation is being created in the country for the training and development of professional personnel in the field of AI," said Sarvar Sadullayev, Head of the Department for the Development of Artificial Intelligence Technologies of the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
"During this course, we received very interesting and useful information. The knowledge we gained about modern methods of working with images, videos, and AI technologies will greatly help us improve our efficiency. We plan to apply these new skills in the school educational process," Sanjar Xujayev, a computer science teacher at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies, said.
For three years now, the Beeline Academy program has been developing the digital competencies of teachers who train future IT professionals for the industry in Uzbekistan. Digital operator is supporting the level of educational technologies for teachers in schools, lyceums, colleges, and universities.
In 2023-2024, more than 260 computer science teachers were trained in cybersecurity, AI, cyber hygiene, Python, 3D graphics, and Frontend development within the framework of Beeline Academy and TIUE. Beeline Uzbekistan continues to invest in educational initiatives and the development of digital competencies of teachers and students in STEM.
