Beeline Uzbekistan has been recognized at the Employer Brand Award & Summit EMBRAS 2025, winning in the “Innovation” category. The company received the award for implementing its Electronic HR Document Management System (E-HDMS), which fully digitizes the management of internal HR documents.
Among the highlighted initiatives is Beeline Uzbekistan’s project to implement the electronic HR document management system. Using electronic digital signatures via E-Imzo, the system has become an integral part of Beeline Uzbekistan’s HR processes, ensuring legal compliance, transparency, and convenience at every stage—from hiring to offboarding. Employees can now sign HR documents online, anytime and from anywhere, significantly improving efficiency and staff engagement.
Within the first year, the system digitized over 16,000 HR documents and reduced the average signing time from five working days to just one. Today, 95% of documents are processed online, enabling the company to cut paper consumption by 70% and save approximately 30 million UZS on delivery costs. Additionally, internal research indicates that the project has delivered measurable environmental benefits: by eliminating paper-based processes, the company saved 257,000 liters of water, 1,300 kWh of electricity, and prevented 129 kg of CO₂ emissions over a year.
“Transitioning to electronic document management was a critical step in the digital transformation of our HR processes. We aim to create a convenient and transparent system where employees don’t have to spend time on paper formalities. Thus, this project not only optimized internal processes but also increased employee engagement, making interaction with HR services easier and more understandable. Recognition at the Employer Brand Award confirms that we are moving in the right direction,” said Sofia Gaynutdinova, Chief HR&OD Officer at Beeline Uzbekistan.
The project was implemented based on the BPM (Business Process Management) approach and is part of Beeline Uzbekistan’s strategy to create a unified digital ecosystem and foster a paperless office culture, where all processes are fast, transparent, and user-friendly. Beeline Uzbekistan’s experience demonstrates that transitioning to electronic document management is now an essential component of modern HR strategy and a key driver of operational efficiency.
The EMBRAS Award is a prestigious international recognition in employer branding, highlighting companies with the most successful HR projects, programs, and initiatives in the development of employer brand and HR industry practices.
