Beeline Uzbekistan and JSC Uzbektelecom sign agreement at ICT Week 2026 to scale up cooperation

ICT Week Uzbekistan 2026, the country's main industry event in information and communication technologies, is taking place at CAEx in Tashkent on 22–25 September. During the week, Beeline Uzbekistan signed a strategic partnership agreement with Uzbektelecom JSC.

Every year, ICT Week brings together entrepreneurs, investors, IT professionals and government representatives. International experts and technology companies discuss the adoption of innovations and new areas for the country's development.

Beeline Uzbekistan is taking part in the week with its own stand. The company presented its FortifAI solutions, as well as the hambi, Beemarket, riitm, KINOM and Beepul services.

One of the week's events was the signing of a strategic partnership agreement between Beeline Uzbekistan and Uztelecom. As part of the partnership, the parties intend to expand cooperation in mobile communications, broadband internet access and transport networks. The partnership will create the conditions for introducing new communication technologies in Uzbekistan, including new voice services.

The signing ceremony was attended by Evgeniy Nastradin, CEO of Beeline Uzbekistan; Gediz Sezgin, Chief Technology and Innovation Officer of Beeline Uzbekistan; Nazirjon Khasanov, Chairman of the Management Board of Uzbektelecom JSC; and Javlon Islamov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Commercial Affairs of Uzbektelecom JSC.

"Our partnership with Uztelecom opens up new opportunities for the development of communications in Uzbekistan. We intend to expand cooperation in mobile communications, broadband internet access and transport networks. For our customers, this means access to new technologies and services, including new voice services," said Evgeniy Nastradin.

"As providers of telecommunications and digital services, we share a common goal: developing the country's infrastructure and giving people and businesses access to advanced industry capabilities. The partnership with Beeline Uzbekistan will allow both companies to use resources more efficiently, broaden access to modern services for people and businesses, and contribute to the goals of the Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy," said Nazirjon Khasanov.

The agreement is a framework document and reflects the parties' intention to explore opportunities for cooperation. Specific projects and the terms of their implementation will be set out in separate agreements.
