Tariff Benefits
About the OILA Tariff Plans
OILA is a unified tariff designed for the whole family.
Enjoy these benefits for you and your loved ones:
1) Pay once and share with the whole family — it’s much better than paying for separate plans for everyone;
2) Access modern and engaging content on the KINOM platform. Watch TV, movies, and series together with your family;
3) The Oila Start plan allows you to add one additional member to your group.
You can create a group and invite participants via the hambi app
Managing Your Group
Creating a group is easy — just follow these two steps:
Step 1: The Group Owner selects a contact in the “Family Plan Management” section of the hambi app and sends an invitation.
Step 2: The invited member accepts the invitation in the hambi app and joins the group.
That’s it! Your group is ready to go.
Removing members from the group
The Group Owner can remove a member through the hambi app. Simply go to the “Family Plan Management” section, select the member from the list, and confirm the removal.
Leaving the group
Group members can leave the group at any time using the hambi app.
Important Notes:
• The Group Owner cannot send new invitations if the maximum number of participants for the selected tariff has been reached:
Oila Start — 1 participant.
To invite a new member, one of the previously invited participants must either decline the invitation or leave the group.
• Invitations cannot be sent if the Group Owner's balance is negative. Likewise, participants with a negative balance will be unable to accept invitations.
• Members cannot join a group on their own — only the Group Owner can invite them. Additionally, participants cannot be part of multiple groups simultaneously.

FAQ
What is a group?
A group is a set of subscribers who share access to the data allowance and digital services included in the Oila Start, Oila Max, and Oila Ultra plans.
Who is the Group Owner?
The Group Owner is the subscriber of one of the Oila Start, Oila Max, or Oila Ultra plans. The owner manages the group (by inviting and removing members) and allows them to share the data and digital services provided by their plan.
Who is a group member?
A group member is a subscriber of the Oddiy plan. Members can use the data and digital services included in the Group Owner's plan. A subscriber becomes a group member either when activating a new connection or by accepting an invitation from the owner (an existing Beeline subscriber).
How many members are allowed per plan?
• Oila Start — up to 2 subscribers, including the owner.
• Oila Max — up to 3 subscribers, including the owner.
• Oila Ultra — up to 5 subscribers, including the owner.
How many invitations can a group owner send?
The group owner can send up to 10 invitations per day. Each invitation is valid for 24 hours. If the invitation is not accepted within this time, it will expire.
Can a group be created with a negative balance?
No, the Group Owner cannot send invitations, and members cannot accept them if their balance is negative.
How do I create a group?
1. Download or update the hambi (Beeline Uzbekistan) app to the latest version.
2. From the home screen, select the "Family Plan Management" section.
3. Tap "Add Member" at the bottom of the page.
4. Choose a contact from your list or manually enter the number you want to add.
5. Send the invitation and wait for a response. Each invitation is valid for 24 hours.
For the invited member to join, they must accept the invitation within 24 hours using the latest version of the hambi (Beeline Uzbekistan) app.
How do I join a group?
If you are not a Group Owner and receive an invitation, accept it within 24 hours using the latest version of the hambi (Beeline Uzbekistan) app. Once you accept, your plan will automatically switch to the Oddiy plan with no subscription fee. You will gain access to the minutes, SMS, data (GB), and KINOM subscription, which includes TV channels, Milliy, and international content available under the Group Owner’s plan.
How can a member leave the group or how can the owner remove a member from the group?
- The member can leave the group by using the "Leave Family" button in the "Family Plan Management" section of the hambi (Beeline Uzbekistan) app.
- The Group Owner goes to the "Family Plan Management" section in the hambi (Beeline Uzbekistan) app, selects the member, and the "Remove from Family" button becomes available.
- After leaving the group, the member will remain on the Oddiy plan. For the next 3 days, internet, calls, and SMS will be charged according to the standard rates of the Oddiy plan, and the member will be given the option to switch to one of the available plans.
What happens if the Group Owner's minute, SMS, or internet packages run out?
If the Group Owner's communication packages are used up, or if their number is temporarily suspended due to insufficient balance, the member will pay for services from their own balance under the Oddiy plan terms. The group owner can Reboot their included minutes, SMS, and data (GB) by activating the "Reboot" service with *5# command. The cost of the "Reboot" service is 2,000 UZS per request.
What happens when changing the tariff?
• If a member wants to change their tariff, they must first leave the group.
• If the group owner wants to change their tariff, they must first remove all members from the group.
• If the owner wants to switch to a tariff within the same range with a higher participant limit, the group will remain intact.
• If the owner wants to switch to a tariff within the same range but with a lower participant limit, they will need to remove participants to meet the new limit, and the group will be preserved.
How can group members access KINOM?
To access digital content on KINOM, each member must install the app and register with their own number.

Additional Information
General Terms:
• New subscriptions to the Oila Start tariff are available through dealers and Beeline sales offices. Subscribers can receive 1 additional SIM card with the Oddiy plan at no extra cost;
• Calls and SMS to content services and information hotlines do not consume the included minutes and SMS in the tariff; charges will apply directly from the main balance according to standard rates.
• There is a technical limit of 90,000 minutes for outgoing calls on the Oila Start plan.
• Zero-fee card-to-card transfers (Uzcard/Humo) in the Beepul app are available exclusively to the Group Owner.
• If a participant is removed or leaves the group, all included services of the Oila Start plan become unavailable for that participant, who will remain on the Oddiy plan for 3 days. For 3 days, internet, calls, and SMS will be charged at the standard tariff rate, and the participant will have the option to switch to one of the available tariffs.
• If the participant does not choose a tariff within 3 days, their tariff will be changed to STANDART.
• If the owner’s number is administratively blocked, services will remain available to participants until the end of the billing period or until the next subscription fee is charged.
• If the owner is blocked due to a negative balance, the shared package of minutes, SMS, and GB will be unavailable to participants, and all charges for using minutes, SMS, and GB will be deducted from each participant’s balance at the standard tariff rate or from purchased additional packages.
• Both the owner and participants can activate services and purchase packages. Services and packages purchased by the owner and participants are not shared and can only be used by the participant who purchased them.
• The monetary balance of the owner and each participant is also separate and cannot be used by other participants.
• The owner and participants of the group cannot obtain call detail records or view the monetary balance and expenses of other participants.
• The owner can view the total usage of minutes, SMS, and internet traffic included in the tariff via the hambi app.
• To obtain detailed information about the usage of minutes, SMS, and internet traffic included in the tariff for each participant, the owner must contact a sales office or customer support service.
• Switching to the Oddiy tariff plans is not available from the following tariffs: BeeHome 10, BeeHome 20, Hello 1, Hello 2.
Subscription Fee Charging
• Upon new activation or when switching to a tariff plan, the monthly subscription fee is charged and the included allowances are credited at the moment of activation or change.
The next billing date for the monthly subscription fee and the renewal of included allowances is set at a one-month interval (not tied to the first day of the month).
If the monthly subscription fee was charged on the last calendar day of a month that does not exist in the following month, the next billing date will be set to the last day of the following month, regardless of the number of days. All subsequent monthly charges will then occur on the same calendar day and time.
Examples:
If the previous charge was on August 15 at 15:43, the next charge will be on September 15 at 15:43 (the date and time remain unchanged, as the 15th exists in both months).
If the previous charge was on August 31 at 15:43, the next charge will be on September 30 at 15:43 (the date shifts to the last day of the month, as September does not have a 31st, while the time remains unchanged).
• When the electronic account balance (wallet) of the owner or participants reaches zero or becomes negative, their numbers are switched to inactive status. In this state, they can receive incoming calls and SMS messages and make outgoing calls only to the company’s contact center and emergency service numbers.
Subscription fee conditions based on the status of the subscriber's electronic account (balance):
• If the owner's number is active at the time of the monthly subscription fee charge but lacks sufficient funds to cover it, the subscription fee will be charged once, creating a negative balance. The included service package will be credited with a one-month validity from the last charge date. The owner's number will then switch to inactive status, allowing only incoming calls and SMS, as well as outgoing calls to the company’s contact center and emergency numbers. The other group members will lose access to the included service package. Internet, calls, and SMS usage will be charged at standard tariff rates or deducted from purchased additional packages. Once the balance is replenished and the owner’s number is reactivated, all group members will regain access to the included service package until the next subscription fee charge, corresponding to the tariff plan’s original connection date.
• If the owner's number is in an inactive status at the time of the monthly subscription fee deduction, the fee will not be charged, and the service package included in the plan will not be provided. Once the balance is topped up and the number is reactivated, the subscription fee will be deducted immediately, and the service package will be activated for a period of one month from the date of the last fee deduction.
Administrative Suspension:
• In the event of administrative suspension of the owner's number (initiated at the subscriber’s request), a daily fee of 421 UZS is charged for the "Number Suspension by Subscriber Request" service. While this service is active, the monthly subscription fee for the tariff plan is not deducted, and the service package included in the plan is not provided to the owner. However, the shared service allowances under the plan will remain available to group members until the next subscription fee deduction date. After this, internet, calls, and SMS for group members will be charged at standard tariff rates.
• After unblocking, the monthly subscription fee will be charged only on the scheduled billing date.
If, at the time of unblocking, the billing date has already occurred and the Customer has sufficient balance, the monthly subscription fee for the tariff plan will be charged and the included data package will be credited. Any remaining data accumulated prior to the number suspension will be reset.
The next monthly subscription fee billing date will be shifted by one month from the date of the last successful charge.
If there are insufficient funds to charge the monthly subscription fee, further use of services will be billed at standard rates in accordance with the tariff plan.
If the Customer has remaining included data but insufficient funds to charge the monthly subscription fee, no charge will be applied after unblocking. The validity period of the remaining data will not change and will expire one month from the date it was originally credited.
Notes:
• If any unused allowances from the previously provided service package remain, they will be forfeited. The next monthly subscription fee deduction date and the validity period of the service package will be set for one month from the most recent fee deduction date.
• Before using the service packages included in the tariff plan, the owner must ensure they have been credited by checking the balance: GB – *103#, SMS – *105#, and minutes – *106#. Once the included service package is fully used, internet, calls, and SMS will be charged at the standard tariff rates.
• The participant’s Oddiy tariff does not include internet, call, or SMS packages. The participant can only use the service packages provided by the OILA tariff or additional packages purchased independently. If access to the OILA packages or any independently purchased packages is unavailable, internet, calls, and SMS will be charged at the standard tariff rates.
• The KINOM (all TV channels except Setanta Sports, foreign movies, and "Milliy") and riitm subscriptions included in the tariff is available only when the monthly subscription fee is paid. To access the KINOM and riitm subscriptions, each participant must install the app and register using their own phone number. Subscription access is terminated if the monthly fee is unpaid or if the participant is removed from the group. Download the app: riitm – *404#, KINOM – *444#.
• Any previously active KINOM and riitm subscriptions is deactivated when switching to the OILA tariffs or joining a group but will automatically reactivate until the next tariff payment date.
• Smartphones typically consume primary internet traffic in the background by default for system updates, app updates, data synchronization for widgets and social networks, as well as for analytics tracking services.
• If the primary internet traffic is depleted, internet service will be unavailable, and KINOM, riitm traffic usage will be suspended until the subscriber either has available primary internet traffic or sufficient funds in their account.
• Unlimited KINOM, riitm traffic is only consumed when using official applications and within a specific set of IP addresses. If IP addresses are changed by the service providers, or for traffic not classified under KINOM, riitm (including traffic generated by the smartphone's operating system while using applications), data usage will be deducted from the primary internet package or balance according to your tariff plan. Unlimited traffic for KINOM, riitm is not consumed when using applications that operate through a proxy server (including VPN).
• The "Reboot" service is available on the tariff plan. The cost of the "Reboot" service is 2,000 UZS. The service is activated by the group owner. Activating this service allows the subscriber to initiate an early deduction of the next subscription fee and the provision of the included traffic package. The activation code for the service is *5#. If there is any remaining traffic from the included minutes, SMS, and MB in the tariff plan, it will be reset after the activation of the "Reboot" service. The validity period of the newly provided traffic and the next subscription fee deduction date will be set for one month from the last deduction. To activate the service, the owner's balance must have an amount equal to the minimum threshold for connecting the plan and the cost of the "Reboot" service.
•The following services are unavailable on the Oila plans: "Share Communication" and “Exchange minutes for megabytes and vice versa!”.
• To register the IMEI code of a mobile device, the subscriber number must be in active status.
• The used traffic volume is rounded up to the nearest 16 KB. When an internet session is initiated, the Company’s system will reserve funds on the balance. This means that the remaining funds may become unavailable for use with other paid services, and when checking the balance, the system will indicate the need to top up the account. If the subscriber has an internet package, but there is insufficient data (less than 10 MB) for the session, charges will be made from the main balance (if funds are available). The amount of reserved funds depends on the amount of internet traffic consumed. Once the internet session ends and the charges are applied, any remaining funds on the subscriber’s account will become available for use.
• To avoid Camel roaming charges in border areas of Uzbekistan (Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Afghanistan), manually select the “Beeline Uz” network on your phone.
• The cost of international calls is calculated by adding the cost of international communication and the cost of outgoing calls to landline numbers. Connections to subscriber's devices such as fax machines, caller ID devices, answering machines, and modems are considered successful connections.
• The maximum duration of a single call is 60 minutes.
• When switching to a different tariff plan, all bundled services will be reactivated according to the settings of the new plan, even if they were previously disabled. If required, they will need to be disabled again.
