General Terms:
• When subscribing or switching to the "MULTI PLUS," "MULTI PRO," or "MULTI MAX" plans, the monthly fee and the service package included in the plan are charged in full immediately after topping up the balance. The validity period of the service package included in the tariff plans and the date of the next monthly fee deduction are set to 1 month from the last deduction date.
• For the MULTI PLUS, MULTI PRO, and MULTI MAX tariff plans, the monthly fee deduction and allocation of the included service package occur between 00:00 and 06:00, with a one-month interval that is not tied to the 1st day of the month.
• If the monthly fee is charged or paid on the last day of a month that doesn’t exist in the following month (e.g., the 31st day), the next deduction date will be set to the last day of the next month, regardless of the number of days in a month. All subsequent dates for charging and payment of the monthly fee will occur on the corresponding date of each calendar month.
• If the electronic account status (balance) is negative or zero, the subscriber's number will switch to inactive status, allowing only incoming calls and SMS, as well as outgoing calls to the company's contact center and emergency numbers.
Conditions for Fee Deduction Based on Subscriber's Account Status (Balance):
• If the subscriber's number is active at the time of the monthly fee deduction but there are insufficient funds, the monthly fee will be deducted once, resulting in a negative balance, and the service package included in the tariff plan will be activated for 1 month from the last deduction date. The subscriber's number will then switch to inactive status, allowing only incoming calls, SMS, and outgoing calls to the contact center and emergency numbers. After topping up the balance and activating the status, the subscriber can use the activated service package until the next monthly fee payment date, corresponding to the tariff plan activation date.
• If the subscriber's number is inactive at the time of the monthly fee payment, the monthly fee will not be withdrawn, and the service package will not be provided. After topping up the balance and activating the status, the monthly fee will be charged immediately, and the service package included in the tariff plan will be activated for one month from the last payment date.
Administrative Blocking:
• If the number is administratively blocked (a service activated at the subscriber's request), a daily fee of 421 UZS is charged for the "Voluntary Number Blocking" service. During this period, the monthly fee is not deducted, and the service package is not available for use. After unblocking, if the account balance has sufficient funds to cover the monthly fee, the fee will be deducted, and the service package will be activated.
•If there is a remaining balance of the previously included service package from the last deduction, the previously provided service package will expire. The next monthly fee deduction date and the validity of the service package are set for one month from the last deduction date.
• If the subscriber's number is unblocked while it is active but lacks sufficient funds for the monthly fee deduction, the fee will be deducted once, resulting in a negative balance, and the service package will be provided for one month from the deduction date. The subscriber's number will then switch to inactive status, allowing only incoming calls, SMS, and outgoing calls to the contact center and emergency numbers. After topping up the balance to a positive values and activating the status, the subscriber can use the service package included to the tariff plan until the next monthly fee deduction date, corresponding to the deduction date.
