How it works
1. Log in or register on the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services (myGov) and apply for a number re-registration.
2. Specify the details of the number's owner and the system will automatically send him a request.
3. The number's owner will receive a notification.
4. The recipient confirms or rejects the request.
5. You will receive a notification about the result. If the request is confirmed, please complete the request.
6. Your request will be reviewed by the mobile operator.
7. Upon receipt of the request, the operator will notify you of the cost of the service.

Re-registration of a number in the office

Instructions for re-registering a number.
The number is being re-registrated at the mobile operator's office.

To do this, you need the original of one of the identity documents:
• Passport or ID card;
• New type of driver's license;
• Military service book (for military personnel).

The documents of the current owner (for whom the number is currently registered) and the new owner (for whom the number is being re-registered to) are required.

Re-register your number with the service office manager.
• Inform that you want to re-register the number to another person;
• Provide the documents to the office manager and fill out the application;
• The manager will check your documents and perform the re-registration service.
• Pay the 25,000 sums fee for the number re-registration services.

Important!
If the number being reissued is a "beautiful number"
A number with the Golden Number for a Subscription Fee service is not subject to re-registration.
If the "Beautiful number for rent" or "Golden number in installments" services are enabled for your number, you must first pay the full price of the beautiful number (according to the price list).
After paying the full price of the beautiful number, the re-registrationon will be performed in the office as usual.
Who pays the price of a beautiful number during the re-registration?
If the number is considered "beautiful" (according to the current approved template), the new owner pays its full price, regardless of how the number was received earlier (purchase, discount, promotion, free of charge).
If the full price of the service was not paid, the re-registration will not be performed.

How the payment can be made:
• Replenishment of the balance with subsequent deduction of the cost of a beautiful number (at face value of a beautiful number);
• Enabling the "Golden Number in installments" service;
• Connection of the Status line plan with a mandatory stay of 1 year on it.

When you don't need to pay (the "3 years+" rule):
• If the client has been using a beautiful number for more than 3 years, it is not required to pay its full price upon re-registration.
• If the "Golden number for a subscription" service has been enabled for more than 3 years, payment for a beautiful number is not required upon its re-registration.
If the current owner of the number cannot visit the office, a representative is allowed instead, but only if there is an original notarized power of attorney for re-registration indicating the number.
