Beeline warns of increasing fraudulent activities, including:
• A scammer calls from an unknown number, and the call disconnects upon answering. When the client calls back, they are directed to an automated system to keep them on the line, draining their account balance;
• The client receives an SMS claiming they’ve won a contest, asking them to send an SMS, call a number, or click a link to claim their prize;
•The client gets an SMS or call from someone pretending to be an operator (from a bank, payment service, or mobile operator) reporting unauthorized withdrawals, card blocking, or app hacking, and offering instructions to "solve" the problem;
• Fraud activities on online marketplaces, where scammers send a link for payment that leads to fraud.
To avoid being scammed, Beeline recommends:
• Never share personal data (passport details, phone number, card number, expiration date, CVV, one-time access codes, address, etc.) with third parties.
• Do not follow instructions from unknown people or sources (SMS, social media, messengers, email, internet, voice calls).
• Avoid clicking suspicious links or entering personal data on unknown websites;
• Be cautious when installing mobile apps that request permission for SMS or calls. Only download apps from trusted sources;
• Do not try to “trick” the scammer during contact, as this could lead to negative consequences.
Beeline urges clients to carefully verify all received information through official sources.
Dear customers!
To prevent fraud, here’s a list of numbers and names Beeline uses for official SMS notifications. This will help you avoid scams and ensure the authenticity of messages you receive.

The term "Roaming" comes from the English words "to roam", "to wander", or "to travel".
In simple terms, roaming allows you to use your mobile service abroad without changing your SIM card or phone number.
Roaming is convenient because it keeps you connected with using your own number almost anywhere in the world, making it easy for friends and family to reach you.
When you arrive in another country, your phone will automatically register with the local mobile operator’s network, usually selecting the one with the best coverage. Once registration is successful, the name or code of the local network or the letter "R" will appear on your phone screen, and you’ll receive a welcome SMS message.
If your phone does not automatically register with a network upon arrival, please see the section "What to Do If There Is No Network Registration?" for further instructions.
Beeline Roaming is now available onboard! You can stay connected even while in the air.
In many popular countries, Beeline prepaid subscribers can use Camel roaming, which allows to use Beeline services with any positive balance until the account balance reaches zero.
Charges for calls, SMS, and mobile internet are deducted in real time (online).
In countries without Camel roaming, your account must have at least 210,500 UZS, and roaming will remain available as long as your balance is above 84,200 UZS.
For networks without Camel service, charges for outgoing calls may be delayed by up to 30 days, depending on when we receive billing data from the roaming partner (TAP files).
Charges for incoming calls, SMS, and mobile internet are deducted immediately in real time (online).
Before you travel, ensure your balance is topped up, as it may be difficult to pay for services while abroad. For corporate postpaid subscribers, to activate international roaming, submit a written application to Sales and Service Offices or email your request to 0628@beeline.uz. A guarantee deposit of 842,000 UZS is required (421,000 UZS each for activating international roaming and 421,000 UZS for international communications).
Important Note: Due to the specifics of LTE/4G technology, devices that support 4G may occasionally send small data packets even if data is turned off. To avoid unintended charges, switch your device to 2G/3G networks and disable data transmission if you don’t plan to use mobile internet.
Top Up My Account
Even while roaming, you can easily ask friends and family to top up your balance for free.
To request a top-up, dial *143*number# and press call.
You can send this request to all operators in Uzbekistan.
For example: *143*99890XXXXXX#

When you arrive, ensure your phone connects to the local mobile network. If it doesn’t, try turning your phone off and back on. Once registered, you should see the local operator's name, code, or an "R" on your screen. If it still doesn’t register, manually select the network from your phone’s settings. Most phones have an option for manual selection where you can choose the operator. The menu may depend on phone model.
For Android:
Go to Menu -> Settings -> SIM cards & Mobile networks -> SIM card settings -> Mobile networks -> Network search.
For iOS:
Go to Menu -> Settings -> Cellular -> Network selection -> Turn off Automatic -> Select your operator
If you face any problems while roaming, you can reach us in the following ways:
- Write to us on Telegram.
- Message us on Instagram.
- Send us a message on Facebook.
- Email us at 0611@beeline.uz, and we’ll respond as soon as possible.
- Call our call center at (+998 90) 185 00 55. Charges apply according to the “Outgoing call to Uzbekistan” rate.
When abroad, always dial numbers in the international format: + [country code] [city code] [phone number].
- To call Uzbekistan: +998 [city code] [phone number].
To call a mobile number or send an SMS: +998 [operator code] [phone number].
If you live near the borders of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, or Kyrgyzstan, your device may automatically connect to the networks of operators from these countries.
To reduce the chances of your phone automatically registering on a foreign network and being charged roaming rates, we recommend manually selecting the Beeline Uz network and always checking the operator name displayed on your phone screen.
To avoid unexpected charges in border areas, you can disable Camel roaming by dialing *110*091#. To activate Camel roaming, dial *110*090#

It's no secret that additional content services (like weather forecasts, horoscopes, exchange rates, news, jokes, games, ringtones, videos, and access to voice and web portals) may result in charges deducted from your balance.
Every user wonders: "How could I have subscribed to additional content services without realizing it?" The most common way is by accidentally subscribing:
— you may have clicked "Agree" to a subscription offer sent to your device or while visiting websites or using apps with ads for such services.
Keeping track of these subscriptions and avoiding unwanted charges can be tricky and time-consuming. If you're noticing regular deductions for services, we recommend checking which content services are active on your account.
