We've signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Technology Management Communicate Institute (TMC Institute). Together, we'll be developing internships, joint events, and other educational projects that bring students closer to the real industry while they're still studying.

The memorandum covers several areas of joint work: organizing joint events, developing internship programs, participating in career fairs, and other initiatives aimed at closer collaboration between business and the educational institution.

For students, this is a chance to see how a digital operator works from the inside, try their hand at real tasks, and take the first step into the profession.

"We're glad to be partnering with TMC Institute. For us, this is a chance to share real-world experience with students — through internships and joint projects — and help them try on their future profession while they're still in school. It's exactly these kinds of students who grow into the specialists the country's digital economy needs,"Andrey Pyatakhin, Chief Operating Officer, Beeline Uzbekistan.

"At TMC Institute, we're convinced that quality education is impossible without close ties to industry. Signing this memorandum with Beeline Uzbekistan is an important step toward creating new opportunities for our students — including hands-on training, professional development, and a strong start to their careers. We value this partnership and are confident that together we can prepare the sought-after specialists of the future. We're with you every step of the way,"Ulugbek Turobov, Head of Career Center, TMC Institute.
