You can get the package of included minutes, SMS, and GB according to the plan ahead of time by activating the Reboot Service.
The cost of the Reboot Service is UZS 2,000 for each request.
To activate the service, the subscriber's balance must be equal to the minimum threshold for plan connection and the cost of the Reboot Service.
After activating the Reboot Service, the subscription fee will be deducted according to the plan. The cost of the service is UZS 2,000. Next, the package of included minutes, SMS, and GB will be credited in full according to the plan.
If you have a balance from the last package of included minutes, SMS, and GB, then the entire balance is canceled after activating the Reboot Service.
The validity of the newly provided traffic and the next date of subscriber fee debiting shall be set within 1 month from the date of the last subscriber fee debiting.

When the limit is exhausted, card-to-card transfers are subject to general terms and conditions. The limit is active until the next successful subscriber fee debit for the tariff plan.
When the subscription fee is debited according to the tariff plan, if there is a balance of the provided limit, the limit is reset and a new one is provided in full. Limits are not summarized.
If you change the tariff plan, the remaining limit balance becomes unavailable.
When activating the Reboot service, the limit will be provided in full.

• Smartphones typically consume your main internet data in the background: for system updates, app refreshes, widget and social media syncing, as well as tracking and analytics. If your main internet data is fully used up, online services (including access to the KINOM/riitm apps) will be unavailable until you either top up your balance or purchase additional data.
• To register the IMEI code of the mobile device, the subscriber number must be active.
• In case of new activation of the tariff, the monthly subscription fee is debited and the traffic within the tariff plan is charged between 00:00 and 06:00. The next subscription fee according to the plan is debited and the included traffic is charged within 1 month (without reference to the 1st day of the month). If the monthly subscription fee was debited on the last calendar day of the month, which is absent in the subsequent calendar month, then regardless of the number of days, the date of debiting the next subscription fee falls on the last day of the calendar month. Further, all subsequent monthly subscription fees will be debited on the same date of the calendar month.
• When activating a tariff plan, the monthly subscription fee and traffic package are charged in full regardless of the number of days remaining in the month.
• Upon the next debit of the monthly subscription fee under tariffs, the system verifies if the subscriber's balance has full amount for monthly subscription fee debiting. If it is full, the monthly subscription fee is debited and a monthly traffic package is provided. If there is no full amount, the one-day subscription fee will be debited and a one-day traffic package will be provided until the end of the current day. The one-day subscription fee is debited not more than once a day. If you have no enough funds on the subscriber's balance, the monthly or one-day subscription fee will not be debited, respectively, the package with included traffic will not be provided. In this case, further use of communication services will be paid according to the standard tariff rates.
• The one-day subscription fee with a one-day traffic package will continue to be debited until the subscriber's balance is full to charge the monthly subscription fee. Monthly subscription fee will be charged immediately if the balance is enough for debiting with the monthly traffic package provided; the date of the next monthly subscription fee debiting is shifted by 1 month from the date of the last debiting.
• For the Start tariff plan, the traffic remaining under the monthly traffic package expires upon expiry of validity and is not summarized with subsequent packages of included traffic. If the package of included traffic runs out during the day, further communication services will be charged according to the tariff rates.
• The package of traffic under the tariff plan is valid for the active subscriber's number. Internet is charged according to amount of information transmitted/received during the session. TThe used traffic is rounded up to the nearest 16 KB.
• When using the Internet, the megabytes from the tariff plan are consumed first, then the megabytes from the Internet package are consumed.
• Before charging the package of traffic, Internet, calls, and SMS are charged according to the tariff rates. Before using the provided traffic, make sure it is charged by dialing GB - *103#, SMS - *105#.
• Please note that information about the balance of Internet traffic, minutes, and SMS for packages and tariff plan, as well as for other additional services, is received between 06:00 and 00:00.
• When switching to the tariff plan above, the unused GB for all services is summarized with the new accrued traffic, and the validity corresponds to the period of the last accrued traffic.
• When opening an Internet session, the Company's system reserves funds on the balance, i.e. the funds may become unavailable for other paid services, and the system will require replenishing the balance after checking the remaining balance.
• If the subscriber has an Internet package and if MB from the Internet package is not enough for the session (less than 10 MB), the charges will be made from the main balance (if funds are available thereon). The amount of funds reserved depends on the Internet traffic consumed. As soon as the Internet session ends and is charged, the funds remaining on the subscriber's account become available for spending.
• In case of administrative blocking of the number, the daily subscription fee for 'Number Block at the Subscriber Request' service is UZS 421 daily. In this case, the monthly subscription fee for the plan is not debited. After unblocking, if the Subscriber's balance is sufficient, the monthly subscription fee is debited and the package of included traffic is provided. In this case, the traffic available before the number was blocked is reset. The date of debiting the next monthly subscription fee is shifted by 1 month from the date of the last monthly subscription fee debiting. If there are no enough funds for the monthly subscription fee, the daily subscription fee will not be debited within a month after unblocking, and further the cost of communication services will correspond the published tariff rates. If the traffic provided by the plan remains on the Subscriber's balance, but there are no enough funds to debit the monthly subscription fee, after unblocking, debiting does not occur, and the validity of the remaining traffic does not change and expires after 1 month from the date of charge.
• Incoming calls and SMS are available with zero or negative balance of the subscriber's number similar to outgoing calls to the Beeline Contact Center by 0611.
• Replenish the balance of the number to be positive to become unblocked (i.e. to be able to make paid transactions - calls, SMS, Internet, etc.). If during 90 consecutive days, the balance of the subscriber's number is zero or below zero, the operator considers it a unilateral refusal of the subscriber to use communication services.
• To avoid charging for Camel-roaming while visiting the border areas of Uzbekistan (borders with Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan), it is necessary to manually select Beeline Uz network in the telephone.
• The cost of international calls is calculated by summing up the cost of international calls and the cost of outgoing calls to city numbers. The activation of a fax machine, caller ID, answering machine, modem, etc. on the called party's side is the fact of connection.
• The maximum duration of one call is 60 minutes.
