What is a group?
A group is a set of subscribers who share access to the data allowance and digital services included in the Oila Start, Oila Max, and Oila Ultra plans.
Who is the Group Owner?
The Group Owner is the subscriber of one of the Oila Start, Oila Max, or Oila Ultra plans. The owner manages the group (by inviting and removing members) and allows them to share the data and digital services provided by their plan.
Who is a group member?
A group member is a subscriber of the Oddiy plan. Members can use the data and digital services included in the Group Owner's plan. A subscriber becomes a group member either when activating a new connection or by accepting an invitation from the owner (an existing Beeline subscriber).
How many members are allowed per plan?
• Oila Start — up to 2 subscribers, including the owner.
• Oila Max — up to 3 subscribers, including the owner.
• Oila Ultra — up to 5 subscribers, including the owner.
How many invitations can a group owner send?
The group owner can send up to 10 invitations per day. Each invitation is valid for 24 hours. If the invitation is not accepted within this time, it will expire.
Can a group be created with a negative balance?
No, the Group Owner cannot send invitations, and members cannot accept them if their balance is negative.
How do I create a group?
1. Download or update the hambi (Beeline Uzbekistan) app to the latest version.
2. From the home screen, select the "Family Plan Management" section.
3. Tap "Add Member" at the bottom of the page.
4. Choose a contact from your list or manually enter the number you want to add.
5. Send the invitation and wait for a response. Each invitation is valid for 24 hours.
For the invited member to join, they must accept the invitation within 24 hours using the latest version of the hambi (Beeline Uzbekistan) app.
How do I join a group?
If you are not a Group Owner and receive an invitation, accept it within 24 hours using the latest version of the hambi (Beeline Uzbekistan) app. Once you accept, your plan will automatically switch to the Oddiy plan with no subscription fee. You will gain access to the minutes, SMS, data (GB), and KINOM subscription, which includes TV channels, Amediateka, Milliy, and international content available under the Group Owner’s plan.
How can a member leave the group or how can the owner remove a member from the group?
- The member can leave the group by using the "Leave Family" button in the "Family Plan Management" section of the hambi (Beeline Uzbekistan) app.
- The Group Owner goes to the "Family Plan Management" section in the hambi (Beeline Uzbekistan) app, selects the member, and the "Remove from Family" button becomes available.
- After leaving the group, the member will remain on the Oddiy plan. For the next 3 days, internet, calls, and SMS will be charged according to the standard rates of the Oddiy plan, and the member will be given the option to switch to one of the available plans.
What happens if the Group Owner's minute, SMS, or internet packages run out?
If the Group Owner's communication packages are used up, or if their number is temporarily suspended due to insufficient balance, the member will pay for services from their own balance under the Oddiy plan terms. The group owner can Reboot their included minutes, SMS, and data (GB) by activating the "Reboot" service with *5# command. The cost of the "Reboot" service is 2,000 UZS per request.
What happens when changing the tariff?
• If a member wants to change their tariff, they must first leave the group.
• If the group owner wants to change their tariff, they must first remove all members from the group.
• If the owner wants to switch to a tariff within the same range with a higher participant limit, the group will remain intact.
• If the owner wants to switch to a tariff within the same range but with a lower participant limit, they will need to remove participants to meet the new limit, and the group will be preserved.
How can group members access KINOM?
To access digital content on KINOM, each member must install the app and register with their own number.
