Starting from April 28, 2026, the provision of the "Number Saving" service will be discontinued.
Previously, in the absence of transactions within 90 days, with a positive balance, the Number Saving service was enabled, which allows you to extend the number retention period.
Now, the number is stored for the client for 365 days even in the absence of activity, and therefore the service is no longer relevant.
Now, in the absence of transactions within 90 days, the provision of all communication services, including incoming and outgoing calls, SMS and Internet access, will be limited.
You can restore the service within the next 275 calendar days by contacting the sales and service offices.
After the expiration of the specified period, the contract will be terminated.
