Phone number ownership transfer is now available online!

It’s now easier to transfer ownership of a phone number — it can be done remotely via the my.gov.uz portal.

What you need to know:

• The cost of the service and the phone number transfer ownership conditions are determined in accordance with the Company’s current procedures

• Service processing time: from 1 to 5 days

• The service is available for individuals

How the process works:

1. The applicant logs in or registers on the portal and submits an application

2. The applicant enters the recipient’s information—the system automatically sends a request

3. The recipient receives a notification

4. The recipient confirms or rejects the request

5. The applicant receives the result and, if confirmed, completes the process

6. The application is processed by the mobile operator in accordance with established procedures

7. After receiving the application, the operator informs about the service cost
