Beeline Uzbekistan delivered seamless network performance during two major cultural events this autumn — the Black Coffee concert in Khiva and the 3rd International Handicraft Festival in Kokand. The company’s technical teams boosted network capacity to ensure that all guests could stay connected and share their experiences in real time.

During the Black Coffee concert in Khiva, Beeline Uzbekistan deployed a temporary base station at the Arda Khiva tourist complex to provide stable internet access and ensure smooth network performance under heavy load. Following the installation, download speeds increased from 11.86 Mbps to 131.45 Mbps, a remarkable 469% improvement, allowing users to stay connected even in densely crowded areas. On the day of the event, around 400 GB of 4G data traffic was transmitted — equivalent to approximately 100,000 minutes of video calls. At peak times, network load reached 40 GB per hour.

“The Black Coffee concert was one of the most anticipated events of the year, and it was essential for us to ensure that visitors could fully enjoy the festive atmosphere while staying connected. Thanks to our technical enhancements, the network successfully handled the increased load — users could make calls, post photos and videos, and share their emotions in real time. We are proud to have contributed to a comfortable digital experience for both tourists and residents of Khiva,” said Erkin Khalbaev, Head of the Technical Department of the Western Regional Branch, Nukus.

At the 3rd International Handicraft Festival in Kokand, which brought together around 300 artisans from more than 70 countries and thousands of visitors, Beeline Uzbekistan strengthened two base stations and added a new sector. Following optimization, download speeds reached 45.3 Mbps, ensuring stable mobile internet access for all participants and guests. On the day of the festival, about 4,479 GB of 4G traffic was transmitted — enough to upload over 1.3 million photos to social networks. At peak times, network load reached 355 GB per hour.

“The International Handicraft Festival is a source of pride for our region, attracting thousands of visitors from around the world. During such events, the network load increases significantly, so our team performed upgrades and optimized the equipment in advance. As a result, Beeline Uzbekistan users enjoyed stable connectivity even during peak hours,” said Yursunali Mirzabekov, Head of the Technical Department in Fergana.

“We pay special attention to the quality of communication in places where major cultural events are held, where the network load is especially high. Our goal is to ensure that Beeline Uzbekistan users can freely call, use the internet, and share photos and videos on social media without experiencing any interruptions. We will continue to strengthen the network to support major cultural events at a high level,” said Gediz Sezgin, Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at Beeline Uzbekistan.

Beeline Uzbekistan continues to provide high-quality mobile connectivity and fast internet, even under extreme network conditions. The company consistently invests in infrastructure expansion and innovative technologies, ensuring that users stay connected anywhere in the country — from major cities to tourist destinations and world-class cultural venues.
