Growth, Confidence, and New Connections: How Beeline Uzbekistan's Women's Forum Went

Beeline Uzbekistan held a "Women's Forum" that brought together entrepreneurs, executives, and specialists from various fields. The program combined expert talks, open discussions, and opportunities for professional networking.

Throughout the day, participants talked about building careers and growing their own businesses while maintaining self-confidence and not losing themselves amid multiple professional and personal roles. Speakers shared practical tools, personal stories, and approaches that help people make bold decisions, build a career strategy, and find balance between work, family, and their own goals.

Experts from psychology, finance, compliance, and entrepreneurship shared their experience:
• Renata Basaeva — psychologist, business mentor, strategist, and management expert;
• Nodira Sultankhodjaeva — Head of Business Banking, TBC Uzbekistan, MSME Ecosystem;
• Alina Akchurina — Chief Compliance Officer, Franklin Templeton;
• Alina Zimmerman — entrepreneur, co-founder of "ChayKof," Maqom, and café "MOLOKO";
• Anna Kim — co-founder of Progress Furniture, entrepreneur.

Renata Basaeva spoke about the price women often pay for the habit of being accommodating and pleasing everyone — and how to learn to recognize this pattern. Nodira Sultankhodjaeva showed that a woman's different roles don't contradict one another, but instead shape her as a leader. Alina Akchurina shared approaches to building a personal career growth strategy and strengthening one's position in a corporate environment. Alina Zimmerman spoke about growing a business while staying true to one's own values and leadership style. Anna Kim addressed the heavy workload many women face and explained how to break free from the "it all rests on me" mindset.

The forum's mentor was Sofiya Gaynutdinova, Chief HR&OD Officer at Beeline Uzbekistan.

"We want this day to become a point of support for you — a moment after which you no longer want to put yourself off for later, but instead speak with more confidence, choose more boldly, assert yourself more loudly, and build a life in which you set the direction," Sofiya Gaynutdinova said, opening the event.

In addition to the business program, guests enjoyed a bouquet-making masterclass, a tea ceremony, and informal networking that allowed them to continue discussing ideas and make new professional connections. At the close of the forum, all participants received keepsake gifts.
