In 2025, the digital operator launched more than 450 new base stations, modernized around 650 network facilities nationwide, ensured reliable connectivity at major international events, and received international recognition for network quality from Opensignal and Ookla.

Network development was carried out in a systematic and balanced manner, ensuring stable service quality both in major cities and across the regions. Over the past year, more than 450 new base stations (BS) were launched in Uzbekistan, while approximately 650 existing facilities were modernized, including upgrading current and adding new frequency bands. The largest number of new base stations was launched in Tashkent, where over 100 new BS were deployed, reflecting the traditionally high concentration of users and network load in the capital. While Tashkent led in new deployments, the Fergana region became the leader in modernization efforts. This systematic network development significantly increased capacity and ensured stable service quality nationwide.

“In 2025, we did more than just expand the network — we connected people, cities, and regions, creating a digital country where high-speed internet is accessible to everyone. Every new base station and every upgraded network facility helps people work, study, communicate, and use modern digital services without limitations,” said Andrey Pyatakhin, CEO of Beeline Uzbekistan.

Throughout the year, the company continued expanding LTE coverage in the regions. Residents of the Yangiyul district of Namangan region gained LTE access for the first time, while a new base station on the highway between the Chust and Pap districts ensured uninterrupted connectivity for users. In the Andijan region, LTE coverage was expanded across nine districts, including remote areas such as the Kumarik mahalla in the Shahrihan district.

“Special attention was paid to strengthening connectivity along key transport routes and infrastructure facilities. In Kokand, network coverage was enhanced near the new airport, and one of the base stations was installed along a major highway toward the Republic of Tajikistan and the Besharik district, improving service quality on this strategically important route,” noted Gediz Sezgin, Chief Technology and Innovation Officer of Beeline Uzbekistan.

Another key priority of the year was preparing the network for international events. Beeline Uzbekistan ensured uninterrupted connectivity during the Black Coffee DJ concert in Khiva and the 3rd International Handicrafts Festival in Kokand. Additionally, ahead of the UNESCO Summit held in November, targeted modernization of 15 base stations was carried out in Samarkand across event venues and hotel clusters, ensuring stable connectivity and high-quality mobile internet during peak loads and with a large number of international guests.

Investments in technical network development also received international recognition. According to Opensignal, Beeline Uzbekistan was recognized as the digital operator with the fastest mobile internet and the most consistent network quality in Uzbekistan, based on the results for the first half of 2025, and according to Ookla, the company was recognized as the winner of the “Best Mobile Video Experience Award” in Uzbekistan for the same peroid.
