Effective April 27, 2026, the procedure for charging the subscription fee will be changed.
The subscription fee will be charged only if there is a sufficient balance in your account.
If there are insufficient funds, no charges will be made, and the balance will not go negative.

Effective April 28, 2026, the number retention period and tariff change options will be updated.
If there is no account activity and sufficient funds are available, your phone number will be retained for up to 365 days.
To retain your number, you must perform the transactions specified in the telecommunications service agreement.

Before using communication services, we recommend checking whether the subscription fee has been charged using the USSD command *202# or via the hambi application.

You will also be able to switch to the STANDART, YORQIN, OLTIN VODIY, and OILA START tariff plans.
No fee will be charged for changing tariff plans — all switches are free of charge.
