Subscribers are eligible to participate in the promotion if they meet the following criteria:
- are citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- are at least 18 years old;
- regularly pay the monthly subscription fee under their tariff plan;
- have successfully passed the scoring criteria.

Your first installment is charged when you pick up your smartphone. The remaining payments are billed monthly on the same date.
The offer is valid until December 31, 2026, or until all smartphones available under the installment plan are distributed — whichever comes first.
The number of smartphones is limited.
All installment payments are charged from the main balance of the subscriber’s mobile number.
Only the registered owner of the number can apply for the installment plan. Subscribers can verify number ownership in their Personal Account or via the hambi app.
While your installment plan is active, you cannot re-register the contract or transfer the number.
You can change your tariff plan at any time while your installment plan is active.

No, to receive a second smartphone for the same phone number, you must first pay the full cost of the first one.
No, signing up is only available in person at a Beeline office, with a valid ID Card.
Yes. The smartphone is provided unlocked, without being tied to any operator. So, you can use SIM cards from any mobile operator. However, the responsibility for installment payments remains with the Beeline number holder who signed the contract.
Your first installment is charged when you pick up your smartphone. The remaining payments are billed monthly on the same date.
Your monthly payment is automatically taken from the main balance of the number registered for the installment plan. You just need to top up your balance on time. The full installment is always deducted. If your balance isn’t enough, it may go negative, and your Beeline services will be temporarily suspended until you top up.
Yes, you can switch to any tariff available for migration, and your installment terms will stay the same.
The smartphone you receive under the offer cannot be returned (except in cases of factory defects). If you miss or stop your payments, Beeline may:
• Block the smartphone until the debt is cleared;
• Unilaterally terminate the installment agreement;
• Collect the remaining unpaid amount for the smartphone;
• Transfer your debt to third parties.
No. With an active installment plan, transferring your number to another person is not possible. To do so, you must first pay off the full remaining balance of the smartphone.
