Sofiya Gaynutdinova

Sofiya assumed the position of Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development in April 2016. She joined Beeline Uzbekistan in 2011 as a business trainer, establishing the training system "Corporate University." In 2015, she took charge of corporate training, internal communications, and culture.

Sofiya began her career with large worldwide tobacco product manufacturers in 2000.

She worked as a psychologist at the Republican Research Center for Emergency Medicine from 2007 to 2011 and taught psychology at the National University of Uzbekistan and a branch of Moscow State University.

Sofiya was assigned to the UN mission in Uzbekistan for critical and stressful situations management from 2011 to 2016.

She graduated from the National University of Uzbekistan with a degree in General Psychology and holds a master's degree.
