How does the Setanta Sports service work?
Activation of the Setanta Sports service is available in the hambi app, provided that the subscription fee for your tariff plan has been paid.
After activation, the service is valid for 32 days from the activation moment.
With each subscription fee charge and after 32 days from the previous activation, the service must be selected and activated again.
If the tariff subscription fee is not charged, the option to activate the service will not be available, and any previously activated service will be disabled after 32 days from activation.
When changing to another tariff plan, the previously connected service will be disabled after 32 days from activation.
Before activating Setanta Sports, previously connected paid and promo subscriptions must be deactivated.

You can receive your plan’s included minutes, SMS, and data (GB) in advance by activating the “Reboot” service.
The “Reboot” service fee is UZS 2000 per request.
To activate the service, the Customer’s balance must be sufficient to cover both the minimum required balance for the tariff plan and the cost of the “Reboot” service.
Upon activation of the “Reboot” service, the monthly subscription fee for the tariff plan and the service fee (UZS 2000) will be charged. The full package of included minutes, SMS, and data (GB) will then be credited in accordance with the tariff plan.
If there is any remaining balance from the previous package of included minutes, SMS, and data (GB), it will be forfeited upon activation of the “Reboot” service.
The validity period of the newly provided allowances and the next billing date for the monthly subscription fee will be set to one month from the date of the last successful charge.

The technological minutes limit for Uzbekistan is 45,000 per month. If this limit is reached within one month, outgoing calls within Uzbekistan are charged according to the established plan. The limit is calculated for one subscriber, not for group conversations in conference calls.

• Smartphones spend by default the main Internet traffic in the background: for system updates, application updates, for synchronization of widgets and social networks, as well as for analytics counters. If there is no main Internet traffic, the Internet service becomes unavailable and the use of traffic for social networks, messengers, KINOM/riitm, and YouTube is suspended until the subscriber has the main Internet traffic or funds on the balance.
• GBs for social networks, messengers, and YouTube are spent when using official applications and within a certain set of IP addresses. If the owners change IP addresses, as well as traffic not provided for social networks, messengers, and YouTube (this category includes the traffic of the smartphone operating system, which appears when using applications), the traffic is consumed from the main Internet package or balance according to your plan.
• GBs for social networks, messengers, and YouTube are not spent when using applications operating using a proxy (including VPN).
• Traffic in the included GB package for Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, and YouTube is provided with each subscription fee debiting. Traffic is provided for 1 month. Upon expiration, the unused balance expires. When changing the plan within the Status or Yana tariff line, the unused balance expires and the new traffic is provided for 1 month. When changing the plan to another plan, the unused traffic included in the GB package for Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, and YouTube expires.
• To register the IMEI code of the mobile device, the subscriber number must be active.
• Upon new activation or when switching to a tariff plan, the monthly subscription fee is charged and the included allowances are credited at the moment of activation or change.
The next billing date for the monthly subscription fee and the renewal of included allowances is set at a one-month interval (not tied to the first day of the month).
If the monthly subscription fee was charged on the last calendar day of a month that does not exist in the following month, the next billing date will be set to the last day of the following month, regardless of the number of days. All subsequent monthly charges will then occur on the same calendar day and time.
Examples:
If the previous charge was on August 15 at 15:43, the next charge will be on September 15 at 15:43 (the date and time remain unchanged, as the 15th exists in both months).
If the previous charge was on August 31 at 15:43, the next charge will be on September 30 at 15:43 (the date shifts to the last day of the month, as September does not have a 31st, while the time remains unchanged).
• When connecting to or switching to a plan, the monthly subscription fee and traffic package are charged in full regardless of the number of days remaining in the month.
• To debit the monthly subscription fee, the system verifies if the subscriber's balance is full.
If it is full, the monthly subscription fee is debited and a traffic package is provided.
If there are no enough funds on the subscriber's balance, the monthly subscription fee will not be debited, the subscriber's balance will not become debt, and the traffic package will not be provided. The further use of communication services is paid for according to the standard plan from the subscriber's main balance.
If the balance is topped up by a sufficient amount, the monthly subscription fee will be debited immediately and a traffic package will be provided. The date of debiting the next monthly subscription fee will be shifted by 1 month from the date of the last debiting.
• In case of timely payment of the monthly subscription fee, the balance of Internet traffic under the plan will not expire and will be transferred to the next month. Herewith, the maximum transferred and accrued traffic is up to 100 GB in total. If the next subscriber fee is not debited due to insufficient funds on the subscriber's number, the remaining traffic expires.
• The traffic remaining in other packages provided by the plan is not transferred to the next month and expires after 1 month from the date of charging.
• If the number is administratively blocked (a service activated at the subscriber's request), a daily fee of 421 UZS is charged for the "Voluntary Number Blocking" service. During this period, the monthly fee is not deducted, and the service package is not available for use. After unblocking, the monthly subscription fee will be charged only on the scheduled billing date. If, at the time of unblocking, the billing date has already occurred and the Customer has sufficient balance, the monthly subscription fee for the tariff plan will be charged and the included data package will be credited. Any remaining data accumulated prior to the number suspension will be reset. The next monthly subscription fee billing date will be shifted by one month from the date of the last successful charge. If there are insufficient funds to charge the monthly subscription fee, further use of services will be billed at standard rates in accordance with the tariff plan. The option to charge a daily subscription fee becomes available only after one month from the date of administrative unblocking of the number. If the Customer has remaining included data but insufficient funds to charge the monthly subscription fee, no charge will be applied after unblocking. The validity period of the remaining data will not change and will expire one month from the date it was originally credited.
• The package of included traffic is valid, if the subscriber's number is active.
• When using the Internet, the megabytes provided by the plan are spent first, then the megabytes from the Internet package are spent. Internet is charged according to amount of information transmitted/received during the session. The used traffic is rounded up to the nearest 16 KB.
• When opening an Internet session, the Company's system reserves funds on the balance, i.e. the balance of funds may become unavailable for other paid services and when checking the balance, the system will respond about the need to top up the balance.
• If the subscriber has an Internet package and if MB from the Internet package are not enough for the session (less than 10 MB), the main balance will be charged (if there are funds). The amount of funds reserved depends on the Internet traffic consumed. As soon as the Internet session ends and is charged, the funds remaining on the subscriber's account become available for spending.
• Please remember that the information about the balance of Internet traffic, minutes, and SMS in packages and plan, as well as about additional services is received from 06:00 to 00:00.
• Before charging the package of included traffic, Internet, calls, and SMS are charged according to the cost of the plan. Before you start using the included traffic, make sure that it is charged by dialing *103#/*105#/*106#/*112#.
• Such services as Free Communication, Everyone Online, and Mega Week, are not available on the plan.
• You can switch to other plans from the Status tariff line (with a free Gold Number received when connected) upon application at the official sales and service offices of the Company. Herewith, the Gold Number must be paid for according to the nominal value of the number or replaced with a standard number. It is possible to switch from the Status tariff line to other plans while saving the Gold Number, provided that the monthly subscription fee has been debited 12 times or more, including when activating the Reboot Service or in case of administrative number unblocking.
• When switching from the Status Silver plan to other plans, the unused balance of traffic (minutes, MB, SMS) is not transferred and expires. The traffic in purchased Internet and SMS packages will not expire and will be saved when changing the plan.
• To avoid funds debiting for Camel-roaming while visiting the border areas of Uzbekistan (borders with Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan), it is necessary to manually select Beeline Uz network in your phone.
• The cost of international calls is calculated by summing up the cost of international calls and the cost of outgoing calls to city numbers. The activation of a fax machine, caller ID, answering machine, modem, etc. on the called party's side is the fact of connection.
• Incoming calls and SMS are available with zero or negative balance of the subscriber's number similar to outgoing calls to the Beeline Contact Center by 0611.
• Top up the balance of the number to be positive to become unblocked (i.e. to be able to make paid transactions - calls, SMS, Internet, etc.). If no activity is carried out on the number for 365 consecutive calendar days, the Operator shall consider this as the Subscriber’s unilateral refusal to perform the contract and as grounds for its termination.
• The maximum duration of one call is 60 minutes.
• When switching to a different tariff plan, all bundled services will be reactivated according to the settings of the new plan, even if they were previously disabled. If required, they will need to be disabled again.
