When the monthly subscription fee is charged for the tariff plan, the out-of-bundle rate is 1 UZS.

* Calls and SMS to content and reference services do not consume the included minutes and SMS according to the Plan; the funds are debited from the main balance according to published rates.
The technological minutes limit for Uzbekistan is 45,000 per month. If this limit is reached within one month, outgoing calls within Uzbekistan are charged according to the established plan. The limit is calculated for one subscriber, not for group conversations in conference calls.

• The following resources are considered AI services: ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity, LiveKit, DouBao, KiMi, TongYi, YuanBao, and DeepSeek.
• Smartphones use the main internet traffic by default in the background for system updates, app updates, synchronization of widget and social network data, as well as analytics. If the main internet traffic is unavailable, the internet service becomes unavailable, and the use of traffic for social networks, messengers, AI, riitm, and KINOM is suspended until the subscriber has main internet traffic available or sufficient funds on their balance.
• AI GB are consumed when using official applications and within a specific range of IP addresses. If the IP addresses are changed by the service providers, as well as for traffic not related to AI (including smartphone operating system traffic generated when using applications), traffic is deducted from the main internet package or balance in accordance with the subscriber’s tariff plan.
• AI GB are not consumed when using applications that operate through proxy servers (including VPN).
• To register the IMEI code of a mobile device, the subscriber number must be active.
• The next billing date for the monthly subscription fee and the renewal of included allowances is set at a one-month interval (not tied to the first day of the month).
If the monthly subscription fee was charged on the last calendar day of a month that does not exist in the following month, the next billing date will be set to the last day of the following month, regardless of the number of days. All subsequent monthly charges will then occur on the same calendar day and time.
Examples:
If the previous charge was on August 15 at 15:43, the next charge will be on September 15 at 15:43 (the date and time remain unchanged, as the 15th exists in both months).
If the previous charge was on August 31 at 15:43, the next charge will be on September 30 at 15:43 (the date shifts to the last day of the month, as September does not have a 31st, while the time remains unchanged).
• To charge the monthly subscription fee, the system checks whether the full amount required is available on the subscriber’s balance. If sufficient funds are available, the monthly subscription fee is charged and the traffic package is provided. Usage beyond the included limit is charged at 1 UZS per 1 MB/SMS. Once the balance is topped up with a sufficient amount to cover the monthly subscription fee, the fee will be charged immediately and the traffic package will be provided. The date of the next monthly subscription fee charge will be shifted by one month from the date of the latest charge.
• Until the monthly subscription fee has been fully charged, only incoming calls, SMS reception, outgoing calls to the Company’s Contact Center and emergency numbers are available. Other communication services are unavailable, including the use of previously activated additional packages and the activation of new additional packages of minutes, SMS and internet traffic. Charges will continue to be deducted from the balance for services provided under separate terms, including international roaming, the “Number Blocking at the Subscriber’s Request” service, the “Trust Payment” service, “Trust Packages,” and rental and installment payments for subscriber numbers and smartphones. Delivery of paid SMS messages from Uzcard and Humo services is unavailable.
• The unused minutes provided by the plan are reset upon expiration of the validity and are not summarized with subsequent charges.
• The package of minutes included in the plan is valid when the subscriber's number is active. If the minutes in the plan run out during the day, further communication services will be charged from the main balance according to the plan. Internet is charged according to amount of information transmitted/received during the session. The used traffic is rounded up to the nearest 16 KB.
• When opening an Internet session, the Company's system reserves funds on the balance, i.e. the balance of funds may become unavailable for other paid services and when checking the balance, the system will respond about the need to top up the balance.
• If the subscriber has an Internet package and if MB from the Internet package are not enough for the session (less than 10 MB), the main balance will be charged (if there are funds). The amount of funds reserved depends on the Internet traffic consumed. The Internet session is charged as soon as it finishes, and the funds remained on the subscriber's account become available for spending.
• Please note that information about the balance of Internet traffic, minutes, and SMS in packages and plan, as well as on other additional services is received from 06:00 to 00:00 AM.
• DO IT, 'Exchange minutes for MB and vice versa!', 'Share Communication' and 'Reboot' services are not unavailable on OSON 1 plan.
• In case of administrative blocking of the number, the daily subscription fee for 'Number Block at the Subscriber Request' service is UZS 421 daily. In this case, the subscription fee for the plan is not debited. After unblocking, if the Subscriber's balance is sufficient, the monthly subscription fee is debited and the package of included traffic is provided. In this case, the traffic available before the number was blocked is reset. The date of debiting the next monthly subscription fee is shifted by 1 month from the date of the last monthly subscription fee debiting. If there remains the traffic provided by the plan on the Subscriber's balance, but there are no enough funds to debit the monthly subscription fee, after unblocking, debiting does not occur, and the validity of the remaining traffic does not change and expires after 1 month from the date of charge.
• Incoming calls and SMS are available with zero or negative balance of the subscriber's number similar to outgoing calls to the Beeline Contact Center by 0611.
• Top up the balance of the number to be positive to become unblocked (i.e. to be able to make paid transactions - calls, SMS, Internet, etc.). If no activity is carried out on the number for 365 consecutive calendar days, the Operator shall consider this as the Subscriber’s unilateral refusal to perform the contract and as grounds for its termination.
• To avoid funds debiting for Camel-roaming while visiting the border areas of Uzbekistan (borders with Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan), it is necessary to manually select Beeline Uz network in your phone.
• The cost of international calls is calculated by summing up the cost of international calls and the cost of outgoing calls to city numbers. The activation of a fax machine, caller ID, answering machine, modem, etc. on the called party's side is the fact of connection.
• The maximum duration of a single call is 60 minutes.
• When switching to a different tariff plan, all bundled services will be reactivated according to the settings of the new plan, even if they were previously disabled. If required, they will need to be disabled again.
