* Calls and SMS to content services and information hotlines are not deducted from the package of minutes and SMS under the plan; charges are applied from the main balance according to standard rates.
** The plan includes a fee-free card-to-card transfer option (Humo/Uzcard) via the Beepul mobile app.
Once the limit is reached, transfers are subject to standard terms. The limit is renewed upon the next successful subscription fee payment.
If there is any unused portion of the limit at the time of subscription fee deduction, it resets and a new full limit is granted. Limits do not accumulate.
If the plan is changed, the remaining transfer limit becomes unavailable.
Upon activating the Restart service, the full limit will be granted.
*** The plan includes subscriptions to riitm, plus unlimited access in the KINOM app to top TV channels, including International, and Milliy. Unlimited access to riitm and KINOM is provided upon successful deduction of the subscription fee. Download your favorite apps now: KINOM – *444#, riitm – *404#, Beepul – *2#.
• Smartphones typically consume your main internet data in the background: for system updates, app refreshes, widget and social media syncing, as well as tracking and analytics. If your main internet data is fully used up, online services (including access to social networks and the KINOM/riitm app) will be unavailable until you either top up your balance or purchase additional data.
• Data (MB) provided for social media, messengers, and TAS-IX is consumed only when using official apps within a specific range of IP addresses. If IP addresses change on the provider’s end, or when data usage falls outside of these services (for example, background traffic generated by your phone’s operating system while using apps), data will be deducted from your main internet package or balance, according to your tariff.
• Data (MB) for social media, messengers, and TAS-IX is not consumed when using apps through proxy servers (including VPN).
• To register your device’s IMEI code, your phone number must be active.
• Upon new activation or when switching to a tariff plan, the monthly subscription fee is charged and the included allowances are credited at the moment of activation or change.
The next billing date for the monthly subscription fee and the renewal of included allowances is set at a one-month interval (not tied to the first day of the month).
If the monthly subscription fee was charged on the last calendar day of a month that does not exist in the following month, the next billing date will be set to the last day of the following month, regardless of the number of days. All subsequent monthly charges will then occur on the same calendar day and time.
Examples:
If the previous charge was on August 15 at 15:43, the next charge will be on September 15 at 15:43 (the date and time remain unchanged, as the 15th exists in both months).
If the previous charge was on August 31 at 15:43, the next charge will be on September 30 at 15:43 (the date shifts to the last day of the month, as September does not have a 31st, while the time remains unchanged).
• When activating the tariff plan, the full monthly subscription fee and the included data package are credited in full, regardless of the number of days remaining in the current month.
• Upon the next scheduled charge of the monthly subscription fee under the tariff plan, the system checks whether the subscriber’s balance contains the full amount required for the charge. If the required amount is available, the monthly subscription fee is charged, and the package with the monthly traffic allowance is provided.
If the full amount is not available, the monthly subscription fee is not charged. Until the fee is paid, only incoming calls, receiving SMS, outgoing calls to the Company’s Contact Center, and calls to emergency service numbers are available. The “Be Aware,” “Invisible,” “Contact Me,” and “Call Forwarding” services are unavailable. The use of previously activated additional packages of minutes, SMS, and mobile internet, as well as the activation of new additional packages, is also unavailable.
Charges for services provided under separate terms continue to be deducted from the subscriber’s balance, including international roaming, the “Number Blocking at the Subscriber’s Request” service, the “Trust Payment” service, “Trust Packages,” and rental and installment payments for subscriber numbers and smartphones. Paid SMS messages from Uzcard and Humo services are not delivered.
Once the balance is topped up to an amount sufficient to fully charge the monthly subscription fee, the fee will be charged automatically, after which the services will be provided in accordance with the terms of the tariff plan.
• On the Optimal+ plan, any unused data from your monthly package will expire at the end of the billing period and won’t carry over to the next month. If the data package is fully used within the day, further service usage will be charged at the standard rates of the tariff plan.
• The data package included in the tariff is valid only while the subscriber’s number is in active status. Internet usage is billed based on the amount of data sent/received during each session. Data usage is rounded up to the nearest 16 KB.
• When using mobile internet, the data (Mb) included in your tariff is consumed first, followed by data from any additional internet packages.
• Until your included data package is credited, internet usage, calls, and SMS are charged at the standard rates of your plan. Before using your included data, make sure it’s been credited by dialing *103# for internet and *105# for SMS.
• Please note: usage notifications for remaining data, minutes, and SMS along with updates on additional services are sent between 6:00 a.m and midnight.
• If you switch to a higher-tier plan, any unused data (GB) from your current plan will be added to the new package. The expiration date will match the latest data package added.
• When you start using the internet, the system may temporarily reserve part of your balance. This means your available funds might appear lower, and you could receive a notification suggesting a top-up.
• If the subscriber has an active internet package and there are less than 10 MB available for a session, further charges will be made from the main balance (if sufficient funds are available). The amount of reserved funds depends on the amount of internet traffic consumed. As soon as an internet session ends and charges are applied, the remaining funds on the subscriber’s balance become available for other services.
• In the event of voluntary number suspension, a daily fee of 421 UZS is charged for the Subscriber-Initiated Suspension service. The monthly subscription fee for the tariff is not charged. After unblocking, the monthly subscription fee will be charged only on the scheduled billing date.
If, at the time of unblocking, the billing date has already occurred and the Customer has sufficient balance, the monthly subscription fee for the tariff plan will be charged and the included data package will be credited. Any remaining data accumulated prior to the number suspension will be reset.
The next monthly subscription fee billing date will be shifted by one month from the date of the last successful charge.
If there are insufficient funds to charge the monthly subscription fee, further use of services will be billed at standard rates in accordance with the tariff plan.
If the Customer has remaining included data but insufficient funds to charge the monthly subscription fee, no charge will be applied after unblocking. The validity period of the remaining data will not change and will expire one month from the date it was originally credited.
• When the balance is zero or negative, the subscriber can still receive incoming calls and SMS, and make outgoing calls to the Beeline contact center at 0611.
• Please remember that the information about the balance of Internet traffic, minutes, and SMS in packages and plan, as well as about additional services is received from 08:00 to 22:00.
• To fully restore access to paid services (to regain access to paid services such as making calls, sending SMS, using the Internet, and more), the subscriber must top up their balance to a positive amount. If no activity is carried out on the number for 365 consecutive calendar days, the Operator shall consider this as the Subscriber’s unilateral refusal to perform the contract and as grounds for its termination.
• To avoid charges for Camel-roaming while in border areas of Uzbekistan (Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Afghanistan), make sure to manually select the Beeline Uz network in your phone settings.
• The cost of international calls is calculated by adding the international call rate and the outgoing call rate to landline numbers. If the call is answered by a fax machine, caller ID system, answering machine, modem, or similar device, this is considered a completed connection.
• The maximum duration of a single call is 60 minutes.
• When switching to a different tariff plan, all bundled services will be reactivated according to the settings of the new plan, even if they were previously disabled. If required, they will need to be disabled again.
