You can get the package of included minutes, SMS, and GB according to the plan ahead of time by activating the Reboot Service.

The cost of the Reboot Service is UZS 2,000 for each request.

To activate the service, the subscriber's balance must be equal to the minimum threshold for plan connection and the cost of the Reboot Service.

After activating the Reboot Service, the subscription fee will be deducted according to the plan. The cost of the service is UZS 2,000. Next, the package of included minutes, SMS, and GB will be credited in full according to the plan.

If you have a balance from the last package of included minutes, SMS, and GB, then the entire balance is canceled after activating the Reboot Service.

The validity of the newly provided traffic and the next date of subscriber fee debiting shall be set within 1 month from the date of the last subscriber fee debiting.

Subscription fee debiting conditions

General conditions:
• Upon connecting to the Ijtimoiy tariff plan, the subscription fee is debited and package of services under the tariff plans is charged in full immediately after account replenishment. The period of validity of the service package within the plans and the date of the next monthly subscription fee debiting is 1 month from the date of the last debiting.
 • The Ijtimoiy tariff plan provides the debiting of the subscription fee and the charging of the package of services within the plan from 00:00 to 06:00 am with the interval of 1 month (without reference to the 1st day of the month).
 • If the monthly subscription fee was charged/paid on the last calendar day of the month, which is absent in the subsequent calendar month, then regardless of the number of days, the date of charging/payment of the next subscription fee falls on the last day of the calendar month. Further, all subsequent charges/ payments of the monthly subscription fee will fall on the corresponding date of the calendar month.
 • In case of a negative or zero balance of the electronic personal account, the subscriber's number becomes inactive, however, it can receive incoming calls and SMS, as well as make outgoing calls to the company's contact center and emergency numbers

Conditions for debiting depending on the status of the subscriber's electronic personal account (balance): 
• If the subscriber's number is active when debiting the monthly subscription fee, but lacks of enough funds, the subscription fee for the tariff plan will be debited once into the red and the package of services included in the plan will be charged for 1 month since the last debiting of the subscription fee. In this case, the subscriber's number will become inactive but will be able to receive only incoming calls and SMS, as well as make outgoing calls to the company's contact center and emergency numbers. After replenishing the balance and getting active status, the subscriber will be able to use the package of services within a tariff plan until the next subscription fee debit date corresponding to the date of activation of the tariff plan.
 • If the subscriber's number is inactive at the time of debiting the monthly subscription fee, the monthly subscription fee will not be debited, and the service package within the tariff plan will not be provided. After replenishing the balance and getting active status, the subscription fee will be deducted immediately and the package of services within the tariff plan will be provided for 1 month from the date of the last debit.

Administrative block:
 • In case of the administrative block of the number (the service is activated by the subscriber), the daily subscription fee for the 'Number Block at the Subscriber's Request' amounted to UZS 421 is charged. When activating this service, no monthly subscription fee for the tariff plan is deducted and no package of services within the tariff plan is provided. After unblocking, if there are enough funds on the electronic personal account (balance) to debit the subscription fee under the tariff plan, the monthly subscription fee is debited, and the package of services within the tariff plan is charged.
 • If a package of services within the tariff plan remained from the previous deduction, the previously provided package of services expires. The period for debiting the next monthly subscription fee and the validity of the service package within the tariff plan is 1 month from the date of the subscription fee debiting.
• If the subscriber's number is active at the time of unblocking, but there are no enough funds for the subscriber fee, the subscriber fee will be debited once into the red, and the package of services within the plan will be provided for 1 month from the date of debiting. In this case, the subscriber's number will become inactive but will be able to receive only incoming calls and SMS, as well as make outgoing calls to the company's contact center and emergency numbers. After replenishing the electronic personal account (balance) and getting an active status, the subscriber will be able to use the package of services within the tariff plan until the next date of subscriber fee debiting under the tariff plan corresponding to the date of subscriber fee debiting.

* To activate the tariff, one of the following documents will be required in addition to your ID document: 
Pensioner ID card; 
Document confirming disability;
Afghanistan War (1979-1989) veteran identification card;
1941-1945 War veteran certificate.

Activation is only available at sales offices.

** Calls and SMS to content and reference services do not consume the included minutes and SMS according to the tariff plan; the funds are debited from the main balance according to published rates.

• Smartphones consume by default the main Internet traffic in the background: for system updates, application updates, synchronization of widgets and social networks, as well as for analytics counters. If there is no main Internet traffic, the Internet service becomes unavailable, and the use of traffic for social networks, messengers, YouTube, PUBG MOBILE, and Setanta Sports is suspended until the subscriber has the main Internet traffic or funds in the balance.
 • GB for social networks, messengers, YouTube, and PUBG MOBILE are consumed for using official applications and for a particular set of IP addresses. If the owners change their IP addresses, as well as for traffic not provided for social media, messengers, YouTube, and PUBG MOBILE (this category includes the traffic for the smartphone operating system when using applications), the traffic is consumed from the main Internet package or balance according to your tariff plan.
 GB for social media, messengers, YouTube, and PUBG MOBILE are not consumed when using apps working through proxy servers (including VPN).
 • Internet traffic for Setanta Sports is charged when using apps working through proxy servers (including VPN), as well as when operating the Parental Control and Personal DNS Server.
 • To register the IMEI code of the mobile device, the subscriber's number must be active.
 • When using the Internet, the megabytes from the tariff plan are consumed first, followed by megabytes from the Internet package.
 • Please note that information about the balance of Internet traffic, minutes, and SMS for packages and tariff, as well as for other additional services, is received between 06:00 and 00:00.
 • When opening an Internet session, the Company's system reserves funds on the balance, i.e. the funds may become unavailable for other paid services, and the system will require replenishing the balance after checking the remaining balance.
• The Internet is charged according to the transmitted/received information during the session. The used traffic is rounded up to the nearest 16 KB.
• If the subscriber has an Internet package and there is no enough MB from the Internet package for the session (less than 10 MB), the main balance will be charged (if there are funds). The amount of funds reserved depends on the Internet traffic consumed. As soon as the Internet session ends and is charged, the funds remaining on the subscriber account become available.
 • To avoid charging for Camel-roaming while visiting the border areas of Uzbekistan (borders with Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan), it is necessary to manually select Beeline Uz network in the telephone.
 • The cost of international calls is calculated by summing up the cost of international calls and the cost of outgoing calls to city numbers. The activation of a fax machine, caller ID, answering machine, modem, etc. on the called party's side is the fact of connection.
• The maximum duration of one call is 60 minutes.
