This service allows you to disable automatic charging of the daily subscription fee under your tariff plan.
Important information:
Charges: If the daily subscription fee is disabled and the monthly subscription fee is not charged, the package of included allowances (minutes, MB, SMS) will not be provided.
Billing: In this case, all used communication services will be charged at standard rates in accordance with your tariff plan.
Fee: Service activation is free of charge (UZS 0).
Conditions: When switching to other tariff plans that include a daily subscription fee, the “Disable Daily Fee” service must be activated again.
Service management:
You can enable or disable the daily subscription fee only via the hambi app (Tariffs section → “All services” tab).
For correct operation of the service, please update the hambi app to the latest version.
You can get the package of included minutes, SMS, and GB according to the plan ahead of time by activating the Reboot Service.
The cost of the Reboot Service is UZS 2,000 for each request.
To activate the service, the subscriber's balance must be equal to the minimum threshold for plan connection and the cost of the Reboot Service.
After activating the Reboot Service, the subscription fee will be deducted according to the plan. The cost of the service is UZS 2,000. Next, the package of included minutes, SMS, and GB will be credited in full according to the plan.
If you have a balance from the last package of included minutes, SMS, and GB, then the entire balance is canceled after activating the Reboot Service.
The validity of the newly provided traffic and the next date of subscriber fee debiting shall be set within 1 month from the date of the last subscriber fee debiting.

* Calls and SMS to content services and information services do not consume the minutes and SMS included to the package. Charges are made from the main balance according to the established rates.
** Transfer of funds with no commission from card to card (Uzcard/Humo) within Beepul mobile application (for existing and new customers) is provided upon successful debiting of subscription fee.
When the limit is exhausted, fund transfers from card to card are subject to standard conditions. The limit remains active until the next successful deduction of the subscription fee according to the tariff plan.
Upon the deduction of the subscription fee, any remaining limit is reset, and a new full limit is provided. Limits do not accumulate.
When changing the tariff plan, the remaining limit becomes unavailable.
When activating the "Reboot" service, the full limit will be provided.
*** Unlimited access to the riitm and KINOM apps is included in the plan (all TV channels except Setanta Sports, Foreign Movies, Amediateka, and Milliy). Unlimited access to riitm and KINOM is provided upon successful deduction of the subscription fee. Download the apps: riitm - *404#, KINOM - *444#.
• Smartphones by default consume main internet traffic in the background: for system updates, app updates, data synchronization of widgets and social networks, as well as analytics trackers. If there is no main internet traffic available, internet services (including usage of allocated traffic for social networks and for KINOM/riitm) become unavailable until the subscriber has either main internet traffic or sufficient balance.
• MBs for social networks, messengers, and TAS-IX are used only when accessing through official apps and within a specific set of IP addresses. If IP addresses change on the provider’s side, or if traffic falls outside the scope of social networks, messengers, and TAS-IX (this includes OS-level traffic generated while using apps), traffic will be deducted from the main internet package or balance according to your tariff plan.
• MBs for social networks, messengers, and TAS-IX are not used when applications operate through proxy servers (including VPN).
• To register an IMEI code of a mobile device, the subscriber number must be in active status.
• The next billing date for the monthly subscription fee and the renewal of included allowances is set at a one-month interval (not tied to the first day of the month).
If the monthly subscription fee was charged on the last calendar day of a month that does not exist in the following month, the next billing date will be set to the last day of the following month, regardless of the number of days. All subsequent monthly charges will then occur on the same calendar day and time.
Examples:
If the previous charge was on August 15 at 15:43, the next charge will be on September 15 at 15:43 (the date and time remain unchanged, as the 15th exists in both months).
If the previous charge was on August 31 at 15:43, the next charge will be on September 30 at 15:43 (the date shifts to the last day of the month, as September does not have a 31st, while the time remains unchanged).
• When you connect to the tariff, the full monthly fee and traffic package are provided, regardless of the number of days left in the month.
• For the monthly fee deduction, the system checks if the subscriber's balance has sufficient funds to cover the total amount. If sufficient funds are available, the monthly fee will be deducted, and the traffic package will be provided.
If the full amount is not available, a one-day subscription fee is deducted, and a package with daily traffic is provided until the end of the current day. The one-day subscription fee can be deducted no more than once per day.
If there are insufficient funds on the balance, neither the monthly nor the one-day subscription fee will be deducted on credit, and the package with included traffic will not be provided. In this case, further use of communication services will be charged according to the standard tariff conditions.
• The deduction of the one-day subscription fee with the provision of a daily traffic package continues until the full amount required for the monthly subscription fee is available on the subscriber's balance. The monthly subscription fee will be deducted immediately once sufficient funds are available, and a package with monthly traffic will be provided. The date of the next monthly subscription fee deduction is shifted by one month from the last deduction date.
• For the 'ERKIN' plan, any unused traffic from the monthly package will expire and will not carry over or combine with future traffic packages. If the included traffic package is fully used up during the day, standard rates will apply for any further usage of communication services as per the tariff conditions.
• The included traffic package remains active as long as the subscriber's number is in good standing. Internet charges are determined by the amount of data transmitted or received during each session. The used data volume is rounded up to the nearest 16 kB.
• When using the internet, megabytes included in the tariff plan are used first, followed by megabytes from any additional internet package.
• Until the included traffic package is credited, internet, calls, and SMS are charged according to the tariff's standard rates. Before using the included traffic, make sure it has been credited by checking: GB – *103#, SMS – *105#.
• Notifications about remaining internet traffic, minutes, and SMS for packages and tariffs, as well as other additional services, are sent between 06:00 and 00:00.
• When switching to a higher tariff, any unused GB traffic will be added to the newly allocated traffic, with the validity period set according to the most recently allocated traffic.
• During an internet session, the Company’s system reserves funds on your balance, which may temporarily make these funds unavailable for other paid services. Balance checks might indicate that a top-up is needed.
• If an internet package has less than 10 MB remaining, charges will then be applied to the main balance, provided sufficient funds are available. The reserved amount depends on the internet traffic consumed. Once the session ends and charges are applied, any remaining balance will be available for use.
• If the number is administratively blocked, a daily fee of 421 UZS is charged for the "Voluntary Number Blocking" service. During this time, the monthly tariff fee is not deducted. After unblocking, if there are sufficient funds in the subscriber's balance, the monthly fee will be deducted, and the included traffic package will be activated. Any remaining traffic from before the blocking will be reset. The next monthly fee deduction date will be adjusted to 1 month after the last deduction date. If there are insufficient funds to deduct the monthly fee after unblocking, communication services will be billed according to the tariff rates. If the subscriber has remaining included traffic but lacks sufficient funds for the monthly fee, the deduction will not occur, and the remaining traffic will retain its original validity period, expiring 1 month from the allocation date.
• With a zero or negative balance, the subscriber can still receive incoming calls and SMS and make outgoing calls to the Beeline contact center at 0611.
• To activate the status and enable paid services (such as calls, SMS, and internet usage), the subscriber must top up the balance to a positive amount. If no activity is carried out on the number for 365 consecutive calendar days, the Operator shall consider this as the Subscriber’s unilateral refusal to perform the contract and as grounds for its termination.
• To avoid Camel roaming charges in border areas of Uzbekistan (Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Afghanistan), manually select the “Beeline Uz” network on your phone.
•The cost of international calls is calculated by adding the cost of international communication and the cost of outgoing calls to landline numbers. Connections to subscriber's devices such as fax machines, caller ID devices, answering machines, and modems are considered successful connections.
• The maximum duration of a single call is 60 minutes.
• When switching to a different tariff plan, all bundled services will be reactivated according to the settings of the new plan, even if they were previously disabled. If required, they will need to be disabled again.
