PLUS packages are available for all prepaid subscribers, except for MULTI KUCH, ProINTERNET, Сlick+, Children's, Welcome, VIBE plans.
• At any time, you can order an additional PLUS package and continue using communication services at a favorable price!
• When reactivating any of the PLUS 7 and PLUS 14 packages, the unspent traffic from the current PLUS package is summarized with the traffic from the new PLUS package. Therewith, the maximum expiration date is set. If the expiration date of the old package exceeds the that of the new package, the expiration date does not change. If the expiration date of the new package is longer than the old one, the date is set according to the new package.
• Upon expiration of the validity from the day of activation of the PLUS package, and if a new one was not activated, the unused traffic expires.
 • Upon completion of the included traffic or expiration of the package, the traffic is charged according to your plan.
• If the PLUS packages are activated, you can additionally activate other packages and additional services. The traffic from PLUS packages is not summarized with other packages and additional services and does not change their validity.

• Please note that the information about the balance of Internet traffic, minutes, and SMS on packages and plans, as well as on other additional services is received between 06:00 and 00:00.
• Minutes, SMS, and MB provided under PLUS packages are valid only when the subscriber's number is active.
 • When opening an Internet session, the Company's system reserves funds on the balance, i.e. the balance of funds may become unavailable for other paid services and when checking the balance, the system will respond about the need to top up the balance.
• If the subscriber has an Internet package and if MB from the Internet package are not enough for the session (less than 10 MB), the main balance will be charged (if there are funds).
• The amount of funds reserved depends on the Internet traffic consumed. As soon as the Internet session ends and is charged, the funds remaining on the subscriber account become available for spending.
• If there are minutes in PLUS packages and minutes provided by the plan, as well as by other services, the minutes provided under the daily subscription fee on monthly plans will be used first, then minutes from the PLUS package and other minutes will be spent.
• If there are MB in the PLUS packages and MB provided by the plan, as well as by other services, the priority of Internet traffic consumption will be as follows: traffic from 4G packages is consumed first, then 4G bonuses are spent, IMO package, GB for Steps, 10 MB and 20 MB mini packages, Kun 30 package, then traffic provided by daily subscription fee on monthly plans, as well as PLUS packages and the rest of MB are spent.
• If there are SMS under PLUS packages and SMS provided by the plan, as well as other services, SMS provided under the daily subscription fee on monthly plans is consumed first, then SMS 20 and SMS 50 mini packages, PLUS packages, and the rest of SMS traffic are spent.
 • Internet services are charged according to the amount of information transmitted/received during the session.
• The used traffic is rounded up to the nearest 16 KB.
 • PLUS packages are valid only in Uzbekistan.
 • Calls to content services and telephone directory services do not use up the minutes included in the PLUS packages.
 • In order to ensure the most optimal use of telecommunication channels, as well as to protect the interests of Subscribers from unauthorized use of their equipment, the Company sets the duration of one activation for voice services as 60 minutes.
