Following the results of 2025, Beeline Uzbekistan has announced the outcomes of its planned telecommunications infrastructure development in the Qashqadaryo region. Projects implemented throughout the year enabled the company to expand mobile network coverage, enhance service stability, and improve mobile internet quality for residents across the region, including previously hard-to-reach settlements.

During the year, 35 new telecommunications sites were constructed and commissioned in the region, while 50 base stations were modernized using LTE technology. These upgrades ensured more stable network performance, increased data transmission speeds, and enhanced reliability of communication services in both urban and rural areas.

For the first time, stable mobile coverage became available in the remote settlements of Niyozhon (Mubarek district) and Toshkuprik (Kasan district), where access to mobile services had previously been limited. For residents of these areas, this marks an important step toward greater digital inclusion — from everyday communication to access to online services and government digital platforms.

“When developing our regional network, we prioritize the real needs of local residents. In 2025, we focused on expanding coverage and strengthening network resilience where it was needed most. The projects implemented in the Qashqadaryo region have created a solid foundation for further service development and improved connectivity quality,” said Gediz Sezgin, Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at Beeline Uzbekistan.

Alongside infrastructure expansion, the company also worked to improve service accessibility for subscribers. In 2025, Beeline Uzbekistan opened three new company-owned offices in Guzar, Chiroqchi, and Yakkabag, where customers can access a full range of services — from new connections and consultations to support for digital products. Mobile sales points and promoters also provided access to telecommunications services in remote areas and near newly launched base stations.

This comprehensive approach to network development and customer service has delivered measurable results: the number of subscriber inquiries in the region decreased fivefold, demonstrating improved service quality and the effectiveness of the implemented solutions.
