Beeline Uzbekistan Confirms Top Employer 2026 Status and Joins the Ranks of the World’s Leading Employers

Beeline Uzbekistan has been awarded the international Top Employer 2026 certification for the third consecutive year. The company remains the first and only organization in Uzbekistan’s telecommunications market to receive this prestigious status.

The Top Employers Institute certification is based on a comprehensive HR Best Practices Survey, which assesses key areas of people management — from talent strategy and learning to employee engagement, well-being, diversity, and inclusion. Earning the Top Employer status reflects the company’s systematic and sustainable approach to human capital development.

Since 2024, we have been confirming our Top Employer status every year, and for us this is far more than just an award. Today, Beeline Uzbekistan is the only company in the country’s telecommunications sector to hold this status, which makes it especially meaningful for our team. In 2025, Beeline Uzbekistan became a laureate of the international EMBRAS 2025 award in the Innovation category for the implementation of an electronic HR document management system. The initiative enabled the company to transition most HR processes to a digital format, increase transparency, and simplify employee interaction with the HR function.

In the same year, the company received a first-of-its-kind special award at the “Inson uchun” ceremony in recognition of its contribution to the development of inclusive employment and the creation of job opportunities for people with disabilities.

Beeline Uzbekistan places a strong focus on the development of young professionals. The Bee Generation program, which marked its 18th season in 2025, offers students and graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working on real company projects. More than 45% of program participants continue their careers at Beeline Uzbekistan, demonstrating the effectiveness of the Bee Generation program.
