Beeline Uzbekistan Confirms Top Employer 2026 Status and Joins the Ranks of the World’s Leading Employers

Beeline Uzbekistan has been awarded the international Top Employer 2026 certification for the third consecutive year. The company remains the first and only organization in Uzbekistan’s telecommunications market to receive this prestigious status.

The Top Employers Institute certification is based on a comprehensive HR Best Practices Survey, which assesses key areas of people management — from talent strategy and learning to employee engagement, well-being, diversity, and inclusion. Earning the Top Employer status reflects the company’s systematic and sustainable approach to human capital development.

In 2025, Beeline Uzbekistan became a laureate of the international EMBRAS 2025 award in the Innovation category for the implementation of an electronic HR document management system.
