• The offers at the fair are available until 23:59 each day they are released.
• Every day at 00:00, the list of offers is reset, and the previous day's offers are no longer available for activation.
• The traffic from the 1 TB (1,024 GB) and 150 GB packages is not cumulative with other traffic and the validity period is not extended.
• Promo codes for free subscription to Beeline TV are available for activation until February 29, 2024.
• The promotional period for Beeline TV is 30 days. After the promotional period ends, a paid subscription will be in effect according to the current tariffs.

• The subscriber is a resident of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• The subscriber's number is active during the promotion period.
• The subscriber is an existing or new user of Beeline TV service and the Beeline Uzbekistan application during the promotion period.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the giveaway:
• Individuals who are in employment with the Company during the promotion period, as well as their close relatives.
• Affiliated persons of the Operator, as well as individuals who are in employment with affiliated persons of the Operator during the promotion period, and their close relatives.
• Representatives (dealers) of the Company and their close relatives.
• Individuals who are in employment with the representatives of the Company and their close relatives.
• Subscribers using the "Welcome" tariff plans.

List of documents required to claim the prize:
• Passport/ID card.
• Certificate of registration of Personal Identification Number (PIN) from the district office of migration and citizenship registration (passport office), in cases where the PIN is not available in the Tax Committee's database.
• Residency certificate from the Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in case the Winner is a foreign citizen.
If, due to any circumstances, the Winner is unable to attend the awarding and prize presentation procedure in person, they may issue a power of attorney to another individual (representative) to participate in the awarding procedure and complete the documentation for receiving the prize.
In this case, the representative must provide the following documents:
• Representative's passport/ID card.
• Copy of the Winner's passport/ID card.
• Notarized power of attorney for receiving the prize and the right to sign documents related to receiving the prize.
• Other aforementioned documents as required.
• The documents must be submitted no later than 7 working days from the announcement of the winners.
• In case the winners do not claim or refuse the prizes for any reason, the Company reserves the right to reduce the total number of prize recipients and the Prize Fund accordingly.
• The Company reserves the right to distribute the prizes within 30 working days from the submission of all necessary documents by the Winner.
• The prize is awarded to the Winner after they have signed all the necessary documents.
• The Company reserves the right to make changes and additions to the Rules, provided that the corresponding information is posted on the Company's Official website.
• In case of defects or other factory malfunctions discovered in the prize, the Winner must contact the Company's head office within 10 working days from the date of receiving the prize and signing the acceptance report.
• The Company is not responsible for any defects in the prize that occur after it has been handed over to the Winner due to the Winner's violation of usage or storage rules established for the prize, or due to actions of third parties, or in the event of force majeure circumstances.

The Company reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to the Winner if:
• The winner fails to contact the Company within 7 working days from the day of notification of winning.
• The winner fails to provide the required documentation within 7 working days from the announcement of winning, or the submitted documents do not meet the requirements of the Promotion and the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• The winner refuses to sign and/or perform other legally significant actions, including providing the required documents, when receiving the prizes.
• There is no possibility of notifying the winner about prize collection - The winner's subscriber number is blocked and/or out of network coverage, or for reasons beyond the Company's control, the winner does not answer the phone and/or does not respond.
• Violations of participation conditions in the Promotion by the Winner are identified.
• In case the winner fails to fulfill all the requirements and conditions stipulated in the Rules.

The Company is not responsible for:
• The participants' inability to access the list of winners posted by the Company on its website.
• Non-receipt or delayed receipt of information/documents required to claim the prizes, due to the participants' own fault or other reasons beyond the control of the participants and/or the Company.
• Participants' failure to comply (or timely comply) with the requirements stipulated in these Rules.
• Winners of the Promotion not receiving the prizes in case of non-claim or refusal.
• The Company's inability to fulfill its obligations to award prizes to the Winners due to actions of third parties and/or force majeure circumstances.

By participating in the Promotion, the participant:
• Confirms that they have fully read and agreed to these Rules.
• Agrees to the public disclosure of their full name and subscriber number.
• Agrees to participate in photo and video shooting and the subsequent publication and distribution of the Winner's image on social networks.
• Agrees to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data by the Company.
• All disputes related to the conduct of the Promotion must be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement amicably within 60 calendar days from the date of the dispute's occurrence, the dispute shall be considered in the Mirabad Interdistrict Court for Civil Cases in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
