Switching to and activating this tariff plan are no longer available.
You can switch from this tariff to other tariff plans via the link.
* Calls and SMS to content services and information hotlines are not deducted from the package of minutes and SMS under the plan; charges are applied from the main balance according to standard rates.
** The plan includes a fee-free card-to-card transfer option (Humo/Uzcard) via the Beepul mobile app.
Once the limit is reached, transfers are subject to standard terms. The limit is renewed upon the next successful subscription fee payment.
If there is any unused portion of the limit at the time of subscription fee deduction, it resets and a new full limit is granted. Limits do not accumulate.
If the plan is changed, the remaining transfer limit becomes unavailable.
Upon activating the Restart service, the full limit will be granted.
*** Unlimited access to the riitm and KINOM apps is included in the plan (all TV channels except Setanta Sports, Foreign Movies, Amediateka, and Milliy). Unlimited access to riitm and KINOM is provided upon successful deduction of the subscription fee. Download the apps: riitm - *404#, KINOM - *444#.
**** The Setanta Sports subscription must be activated by the customer independently in the Hambi app.
• Smartphones typically consume your main internet data in the background: for system updates, app refreshes, widget and social media syncing, as well as tracking and analytics. If your main internet data is fully used up, online services will be unavailable until you either top up your balance or purchase additional data.
• Data (MB) provided for social media, messengers, and TAS-IX is consumed only when using official apps within a specific range of IP addresses. If IP addresses change on the provider’s end, or when data usage falls outside of these services (for example, background traffic generated by your phone’s operating system while using apps), data will be deducted from your main internet package or balance, according to your tariff.
• Data (MB) for social media, messengers, and TAS-IX is not consumed when using apps through proxy servers (including VPN).
• To register your device’s IMEI code, your phone number must be active.
• For new activations on the plan, the subscription fee will be charged and the included data allowance will be credited between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. The subscription fee under the tariff plan is charged and the included data package is credited every month (not tied to the 1st day of the month). If the monthly subscription fee is charged on the last calendar day of a month that does not exist in the following month, the next subscription fee will be charged on the last calendar day of that month. All subsequent monthly subscription fee charges will occur on the same calendar day each month.
• When activating the tariff plan, the full monthly subscription fee and the included data package are credited in full, regardless of the number of days remaining in the current month.
• On each scheduled subscription date, the system checks whether there are sufficient funds available to charge the full monthly subscription fee. If the full amount is available, the monthly subscription fee is charged and the full monthly data package is provided. If there are insufficient funds, a one-day subscription fee is charged and a one-day data package valid until the end of the current day is provided. The one-day subscription fee can only be charged once per calendar day. If there are not enough funds in the account, neither the monthly nor the one-day subscription fee will be charged on credit, and no data package will be provided. In this case, further use of telecom services will be charged according to the standard rates set by the tariff plan.
• Daily subscription fees and daily data packages will continue to be charged until there are sufficient funds on the subscriber’s balance to deduct the full monthly subscription fee. As soon as the full amount is available on the balance, the monthly fee will be deducted, and the monthly data package will be activated. The next monthly billing date will then be moved forward by 1 month from the most recent deduction.
• On the Qulay plan, any unused data from your monthly package will expire at the end of the billing period and won’t carry over to the next month. If the data package is fully used within the day, further service usage will be charged at the standard rates of the tariff plan.
• The data package included in the tariff is valid only while the subscriber’s number is in active status. Internet usage is billed based on the amount of data sent/received during each session. Data usage is rounded up to the nearest 16 KB.
• When using mobile internet, the data (Mb) included in your tariff is consumed first, followed by data from any additional internet packages.
• Until your included data package is credited, internet usage, calls, and SMS are charged at the standard rates of your plan. Before using your included data, make sure it’s been credited by dialing *103# for internet and *105# for SMS.
• Please note: usage notifications for remaining data, minutes, and SMS along with updates on additional services are sent between 6:00 a.m and midnight.
• If you switch to a higher-tier plan, any unused data (GB) from your current plan will be added to the new package. The expiration date will match the latest data package added.
• When you start using the internet, the system may temporarily reserve part of your balance. This means your available funds might appear lower, and you could receive a notification suggesting a top-up.
• If the subscriber has an active internet package and there are less than 10 MB available for a session, further charges will be made from the main balance (if sufficient funds are available). The amount of reserved funds depends on the amount of internet traffic consumed. As soon as an internet session ends and charges are applied, the remaining funds on the subscriber’s balance become available for other services.
• In the event of voluntary number suspension, a daily fee of 421 UZS is charged for the "Subscriber-Initiated Suspension" service. The monthly subscription fee for the tariff is not charged. After the number is reactivated, if there are sufficient funds on the Subscriber’s balance, the monthly subscription fee is deducted and the full traffic package included in the tariff is credited. Any unused traffic available prior to the suspension is reset. The date for the next monthly subscription fee will be shifted by 1 month from the last successful deduction. If there are insufficient funds to deduct the monthly subscription fee, no daily subscription fee will be charged for up to one month after exiting the suspended status. During this time, services will be charged based on the standard tariff rates. If the Subscriber has remaining included traffic but not enough funds for the monthly subscription fee, the fee will not be deducted after reactivation. The validity period of the remaining traffic will not change and it will expire 1 month after the original activation date.
• When the balance is zero or negative, the subscriber can still receive incoming calls and SMS, and make outgoing calls to the Beeline contact center at 0611.
• To fully restore access to paid services (to regain access to paid services such as making calls, sending SMS, using the Internet, and more), the subscriber must top up their balance to a positive amount. If the balance on a subscriber’s account remains zero or negative for 90 consecutive days, the operator considers this an automatic termination of services initiated by the subscriber.
• To avoid charges for Camel-roaming while in border areas of Uzbekistan (Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Afghanistan), make sure to manually select the Beeline Uz network in your phone settings.
• The cost of international calls is calculated by adding the international call rate and the outgoing call rate to landline numbers. If the call is answered by a fax machine, caller ID system, answering machine, modem, or similar device, this is considered a completed connection.
• The maximum duration of a single call is 60 minutes.
