You can switch from this tariff to other tariff plans via the link.
* Calls and SMS to content services and information services do not consume the minutes and SMS included to the package. Charges are made from the main balance according to the established rates.
The technological limit for minutes within Uzbekistan is 45,000 per month. Upon reaching this limit within one month, outgoing calls within Uzbekistan will be charged according to the standard rates. Unlimited usage is calculated per subscriber and does not apply to group calls during conference calls.
** Unlimited access to the riitm and KINOM apps is included in the plan (all TV channels except Setanta Sports, Foreign Movies, Amediateka, and Milliy). Unlimited access to riitm and KINOM is provided upon successful deduction of the subscription fee. Download the apps: riitm - *404#, KINOM - *444#.
*** The tariff has the option of commission-free transfers between bank cards (Humo/Uzcard) in the Beepul mobile app.
Once the limit is exhausted, card-to-card transfers will be subject to standard terms and conditions. The limit is active until the next successful monthly fee deduction under the tariff plan.
If the monthly fee is deducted and there is a remaining balance of the provided limit, it will reset, and a new full limit will be provided. Limits do not accumulate.
When switching to another tariff plan, any remaining limit becomes unavailable.
When activating the "Reload" service, the limit will be provided in full.
You can inquire about connection options for the tariff at the nearest dealer locations.
• Smartphones use the main internet traffic by default in the background for system updates, app updates, widget and social media data synchronization, and analytics counters. If the main internet traffic is exhausted, the internet service becomes unavailable until the subscriber has main internet traffic or funds in their balance.
• To register an IMEI code of a mobile device, the subscriber number must be in active status.
• When you first connect to the tariff, the monthly fee is deducted, and the included traffic is allocated between 00:00 and 06:00. The next monthly fee deduction and allocation of traffic occur at one-month intervals and are not tied to the 1st day of the month. If the monthly fee is deducted on the last day of a month that doesn't exist in the following month (e.g., deducted on the 31st day of a month that the next month doesn’t have), the next deduction will occur on the last day of the next month, regardless of how many days that month has. After this adjustment, all future monthly fee deductions will continue on the same date each month.
• When you connect to the tariff, the full monthly fee and traffic package are provided, regardless of the number of days left in the month.
• For the monthly fee deduction, the system checks if the subscriber's balance has sufficient funds to cover the total amount. If sufficient funds are available, the monthly fee will be deducted, and the traffic package will be provided. If there are insufficient funds for the monthly fee, the subscriber will automatically switch to a daily fee deduction mode. When the balance is topped up with enough funds to cover the monthly fee, the fee will be deducted immediately, and the traffic will be provided. The next fee deduction date will then be set 1 month from the most recent deduction.
• For the 'Bemalol' plan, any unused traffic from the monthly package will expire and will not carry over or combine with future traffic packages. If the included traffic package is fully used up during the day, standard rates will apply for any further usage of communication services as per the tariff conditions.
•The included traffic package remains active as long as the subscriber's number is in good standing. Internet charges are determined by the amount of data transmitted or received during each session. The used data volume is rounded up to the nearest 16 kB.
• When using the internet, megabytes included in the tariff plan are used first, followed by megabytes from any additional internet package. • If the traffic package included in the tariff is exhausted during the day, further use of communication services will be charged to the main balance according to the tariff conditions.
• Before the included traffic package is allocated, internet, calls, and SMS are charged at the standard tariff rates. To check if the included traffic has been allocated, dial *103# for GB and *105# for SMS.
• Notifications about remaining internet traffic, minutes, and SMS for packages and tariffs, as well as other additional services, are sent between 06:00 and 00:00.
• When switching to a higher tariff, any unused GB traffic will be added to the newly allocated traffic, with the validity period set according to the most recently allocated traffic.
• During an internet session, the Company’s system reserves funds on your balance, which may temporarily make these funds unavailable for other paid services. Balance checks might indicate that a top-up is needed.
• If an internet package has less than 10 MB remaining, charges will then be applied to the main balance, provided sufficient funds are available. The reserved amount depends on the internet traffic consumed. Once the session ends and charges are applied, any remaining balance will be available for use.
• If the number is administratively blocked, a daily fee of 421 UZS is charged for the "Voluntary Number Blocking" service. During this time, the monthly tariff fee is not deducted. After unblocking, if there are sufficient funds in the subscriber's balance, the monthly fee will be deducted, and the included traffic package will be activated. Any remaining traffic from before the blocking will be reset. The next monthly fee deduction date will be adjusted to 1 month after the last deduction date. If there are insufficient funds to deduct the monthly fee after unblocking, no daily fee will be charged for one month, and communication services will be billed according to the tariff rates. If the subscriber has remaining included traffic but lacks sufficient funds for the monthly fee, the deduction will not occur, and the remaining traffic will retain its original validity period, expiring 1 month from the allocation date.
• With a zero or negative balance, the subscriber can still receive incoming calls and SMS and make outgoing calls to the Beeline contact center at 0611.
• To activate the status and enable paid services (such as calls, SMS, and internet usage), the subscriber must top up the balance to a positive amount. If the balance remains zero or negative for 90 consecutive days, the operator will consider this as the subscriber’s unilateral decision to stop using communication services.
• To avoid Camel roaming charges in border areas of Uzbekistan (Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Afghanistan), manually select the “Beeline Uz” network on your phone.
• The cost of international calls is calculated by adding the cost of international communication and the cost of outgoing calls to landline numbers. The triggering of a fax machine, caller ID, answering machine, modem, etc. on the called party's side means the fact of connection.
