Beepul Fintech Service Sees Explosive Growth and Expands Functionality

Beepul, a fintech service operated by JSC “Beelab,” closed the first quarter of 2025 with record-breaking revenue growth. In the first three months of the year, its revenue more than tripled compared to the same period in 2024. At the same time, the number of active users has steadily increased, reflecting strong demand driven by product enhancements and strategic initiatives to broaden the customer base.

Key growth drivers include an effective user acquisition strategy. New users benefit from the Welcome Bonus campaign, which allows commission-free transfers from bank cards of up to UZS 20 million per month. Meanwhile, existing Beeline Uzbekistan subscribers on select tariff plans can transfer up to UZS 50 million monthly, increasing to UZS 100 million starting May 1, 2025.

Among the newly launched features are registration of virtual cards of the Uzcard and Humo payment systems in 30 seconds directly in the app, as well as the purchase of OSAGO insurance policies in a few steps. Offline functionality has also expanded, with the application supporting QR-code payments via its proprietary network, TezQR technology, or the Rahmat network.

“Our top priority is to ensure financial transactions are straightforward, convenient, and cost-effective, while enhancing users’ financial literacy and security,” said Anatoliy Pavlinov, CEO of JSC “Beelab”. “The growth in revenue and user base confirms that we are on the right track.”

A separate strategic initiative, Beepul Agent, now operates in 12 regions of Uzbekistan and includes a network of over 1,500 agents. This platform enables cash-based payments for mobile services, internet, utilities, and government services at offline locations — increasing accessibility for the population while also creating new jobs. The platform demonstrates high operational stability and is set to further expand its ecosystem.
